As Nadia and Ushina walked, they eventually came to a village named Makba.
Ushina told Nadia that she've been here many times before and that the local library is pretty big for a village.
What could they possibly do?
Of course they went to the library. When they came into it Nadia notice that it was actually pretty big.
"How many books are there?"
Nadia asked Ushina, in such quiet voice that only Ushina could hear her. Then Ushina replied.
"Probably like 2000, many are in stuff room, but i did read them anyway."
"Wow that's many. How did you read those in stuff room?"
"Like this."
Ushina grabbed some random book. It's mortal world form was still on it's place, but Ushina was holding some 'ghost' substitute of it?
"Wha-"
"This is mostly autor's materilized emotions from when he wrote this book."
"Funny is that i can see it. But it's so weird looking... What is this book?"
Ushina looked at the cover of this book and red the title out loud.
" 'Day she died' "
"Oh, It explains why it have such darkish and bluish colors."
"Probably sadness and depression."
Ushina shrugged. Then they heard a old woman's voice say behind them. Nadia jumped a little.
"Young lady, please, be quiet."
"O-Oh, of course, im sorry."
When Nadia looked at this woman, she was already going away from her. So did they, they went to the other section in library, that Ushina said practically no one was ever going in. It was section with some unsectioned books and some other small sections. Few about psychology, few about plants, few about something other. There was like 55 unsectioned books, but there was like 6 to 10 small sections.
"So why we're even here?"
Nadia asked Ushina, that was looking at some 6 books. She seemed really interested in those. There was one about math, one about magic, two about poisons, one about history and one about Gods.
"Hm... I've never seen them before... Those shouldn't be here, anyway... They have sections for those... And yet, they're here. Funny."
"Why we're here? I asked you."
Nadia asked her again. She kept her voice pretty quiet.
"For you to learn something. You probably haven't went to school... At least, you dont look like any of those spoiled brats from nobility."
"Yea. Im not nobility."
"Can you read? Or i'll have to read to you? Guessing you can't."
"I can read."
"For real? From when on plebs can read?"
Nadia sighed and looked at other unsectioned books.
She took some random book that Ushina wasn't even looking at. Ushina looked at it.
"This isn't any interesting book, y'know?"
Nadia put the book away and looked at Ushina.
"What should i read then?"
"I don't know... Maybe something USEFUL? Like magic spells? Ahh, sorry, your too poor for food. So how your gonna afford yourself scrolls? Especially ones with magic."
"Why so mean all of sudden? Okay i'll read something useful."
Nadia took some book about this worlds animals, monsters and plants.
"This fine?"
"Can be."
"Tey, gimme some bread, i'll eat fast."
Ushina created bread and gave it to Nadia. Nadia ate it in like minute. After it she started reading, Ushina did same.
