Chapter 50 - Chapter 50: Incomplete Light

[EXT. DIVINE BATTLEFIELD – COSMIC FRONTLINES]

The Realm between Realms burns.

Reality cracks and howls as godly energy collides, warping the very laws of existence.

The Dark God looms above —

Monstrous. Overwhelming.

His corrupted form stretches across the heavens, cloaked in screaming darkness and cursed flame, devouring what remains of the ruined divine domains.

From the heart of blinding golden light, Haruto and Airi emerge.

Transformed —

Not as mortals —

But as their true divine selves.

The twin pillars of Light.

The origin of life itself.

Their eyes blaze like newborn suns.

Their auras form halos of eternal daybreak, bending the battlefield around them.

> Dark God (snarling, disdainful):

"So, the lovers awaken at last.

But it's too late.

I have swallowed the divine balance!

Nothing can harm me now!"

Haruto steps forward — calm, radiant.

> Haruto (voice unwavering):

"Then let's test that."

He vanishes —

A flash of pure light —

Reappearing midair, his hand drawn back.

A blast of divine time energy fires straight into the heart of the Dark God.

BOOM —

The explosion bends space itself.

Light and darkness scream against each other.

But when the smoke clears—

The Dark God stands.

Untouched.

> Dark God (mocking, booming):

"A blade of time? Against the eternal void?

You can't even scar me."

Without hesitation, Airi launches upward —

Her wings bursting open with cosmic radiance.

She draws upon the Light of Creation bound to her soul —

Summoning a storm of crystalline arrows.

Thousands fall —

Each singing a note of love, of beginnings, of hope.

They strike —

They pierce —

And yet...

The Dark God absorbs them all.

Swallowing the attacks into his endless void.

Not a scratch.

Not even a flinch.

> Haruto (gritting his teeth, disbelief):

"Why… why doesn't it work?!"

> Airi (voice trembling):

"We have all our memories.

All our power.

We've awakened…

So why—?!"

Around them —

The gods watching from afar — battered, bleeding, desperate — exchange grim looks.

The God of Space steps forward, voice low and urgent:

> God of Space:

"…You still don't understand.

You're not whole yet."

The God of Life stumbles closer, supported by the God of Elements:

> God of Life (grimly):

"Your souls are awake.

Your minds are clear.

But your bond…"

> God of Elements (snorting, half-joking through pain):

"You're not married yet, are you?!

That's why your power can't sync — it's rejecting the final link!"

The God of Time leans heavily on his staff, a weak smile crossing his ageless face:

> God of Time:

"You were one being once.

Male and female light — whole, holy.

But now you're two halves.

That ring isn't just a symbol.

It's literal."

Airi gasps — realization slamming into her.

> Airi (whispered):

"The ring…

The promise…"

> Haruto (eyes widening):

"The wedding we vowed before we died…"

The battlefield quakes —

The Dark God gathering an apocalyptic sphere of void, drawing from every dying realm at once.

> Dark God (bellowing with hatred):

"You think a ceremony will save you?!

FOOLISH GODS!

LOVE IS WEAKNESS!"

The God of Nonliving roars back, voice hoarse but defiant:

> God of Nonliving:

"No!

It's the only force you can't consume —

The only thing that ever defied you!"

All around —

Despite wounds, despite exhaustion —

The gods kneel.

Their blood, their power, their prayers forming a divine circle —

A sacred altar on the burning frontlines.

The God of Time lifts his staff, voice trembling:

> God of Time:

"It's time.

Make your vow.

Complete the light.

Become one soul again."

Haruto turns to Airi —

Eyes fierce, heart blazing with memory and destiny.

> Haruto (soft, steady, unstoppable):

"In every life,

I'll find you.

In every end,

I'll begin with you.

Will you marry me — here, now, again?"

Tears fill Airi's eyes —

Brighter than any fallen star.

> Airi (voice breaking into radiance):

"I always have, Haruto.

I do."

Above them —

The skies break.

A column of purest light descends —

So brilliant, so absolute, it sears through the darkness.

Waiting to bind the vow.

Waiting to awaken the incomplete light into something unstoppable.

The Dark God howls —

A sound that splits heaven and earth.

> Dark God (roaring, furious):

"NO—!!"

His colossal void sphere reaches critical mass —

Seconds away from annihilating the battlefield.

Haruto and Airi reach for each other —

Their hands almost touching —

Their souls burning with the light of endless beginnings —
