As the figure approached Victor, Axel's eyes scanned him, taking in every detail. The man was tall and imposing, with a menacing look on his face. He was dressed in a black suit, and his eyes seemed to bore into Victor's soul.
"Good job, Victor," the man said, his voice dripping with malice. "I see you've got the girl. Now, let's talk about the payment."
Victor nodded, a greedy look on his face. "Ah, yes. The payment. I've been thinking about that. I want more money, more than what we initially agreed on."
The man raised an eyebrow. "More money? You think you're in a position to negotiate?"
Victor sneered. "I'm in a position to do whatever I want. I've got the girl, and you're going to pay me what I'm asking for."
The man smiled, a cold, calculating smile. "I see. Well, let's discuss this further. But first, let me take a look at the girl."
Axel's eyes narrowed. He didn't like the way this man was looking at Sophia. There was something sinister about him, something that made Axel's instincts scream warning.
