Chapter 17 - The Forest of Sapat

Alisa opened her eyes and sat up, her palms in her head.

She had a weird, pounding headache.

Glancing around, she found herself in a private infirmary made just for her. Then an infirmarian entered, accompanied by a student.

The two immediately noticed Alisa and approached her in relief.

"Thank goodness you're awake, Alisa..." the student exclaimed.

"Hailey... What happened?" she asked.

"Louie brought you here, heavily wounded in your chest with a massive slash," Hailey explained.

Alisa finally remembered. She turned to Hailey with wide eyes.

"What happened to the other five!? Where is Louie!?" she asked, desperate with concern.

"Well... the casualties were... all five were killed, and Louie is currently with his class."

"Shit... that girl in the black hood. I'll make her pay for this..." Alisa growled.

Suddenly, someone entered the room, laughing.

"Oh please, as if you can actually defeat that girl in the black hood," the person said.

Maya and Alisa turned to see Glenn.

His eyes were glowing a bright yellow, and before the two knew it, he was already standing uncomfortably close to them.

"Alisa... you think you're strong enough to eliminate Black Hood? Didn't you just witness it yourself?" he said.

"What are you talking about?" Alisa asked, serious.

"She was too fast for you. Heh, maybe you should learn how important speed is in a fight," he continued. "You see, I just realized both you and Louie have been teaming up for quite a while. But can you imagine—seven students, three were heroes, four were Controllers—and you couldn't even land a single scratch on your enemy?"

"How pathetic. Five were killed because the seven of you thought you could eliminate Black Hood," he said coldly. "So I'm here to make you a deal, alright?"

"As if I'd take a deal from you..." she spat.

"How foolish. Well, I'll tell you anyway. You see, this task of defeating Black Hood was ordered by Princess Millie, but seeing how much you guys struggled... why not just transfer such a difficult task to us light users??" he offered.

"And what exactly are you trying to gain from this?" she asked.

"What I want is just as simple as you think," he said.

Alisa looked down.

Glenn is very cunning. That's the reason he's the president of the Class of Greats. Accepting a deal with him means falling into a trap, she thought.

"And what are the conditions?" she asked, looking back up at him.

"Oh? Looks like you already figured it out. A favor is all I want from you, and that is..." He paused. "I want you to have my baby."

"Tsk, go fuck yourself... pervert," Alisa blurted out.

"Hahaha, how harsh can you be, Alisa?" he said, turning his back and beginning to walk away.

"I guess you still want more of your classmates to get killed before coming back to me. But hey, the offer's still open. Ask me anytime if you change your mind," Glenn said as he left the room.

"Tsk! This piece of shit!" Alisa shouted, punching the wall beside her bed in anger, then looking down at the floor.

"Alisa, are you okay?" Hailey asked, concerned.

Alisa answered silently, lost in thought.

Me? His girlfriend!? Has he gone insane with those conditions? But to be honest... if I continue like this, everyone will just die. We won't even scratch Black Hood... What should I do...? ALISA, think... what would the Smiling Reaper do...?

Back in the forest...

Xiandre sighed in relief as he turned his attention to Velmora.

"So? What are you going to do now?" Xiandre asked.

"Eh... well... um..." she paused.

"Really? You left that place, leaving your job and your comrades?" Xiandre questioned.

"I don't really have any other comrades. Morn is the only one who talks to me normally. The others are either customers or insane sinners who typically try to harass or Sexually assault me. I stood my ground, but maybe that's why I didn't have any real allies there—except for Morn."

"So you were like a lone merchant there?" Xiandre asked.

"Yeah..." she responded.

Xiandre sighed just as Amelia slowly opened her eyes. She sat up, and both Xiandre and Velmora turned to her.

"Uwaaa, I feel so sleepy..." she mumbled, turning to the two and immediately noticing Velmora.

"Eh? What are you doing here?" Amelia asked.

"Uh, well... I grabbed onto Xiandre when he jumped out of there and somehow managed to escape with both of you," Velmora explained.

"Really? Well, I don't mind you accompanying us in our goals. Fufu," Amelia replied.

"Eh... you want me to join you both?" Velmora asked in disbelief.

"I don't see why not. My name's Amelia. It's nice to meet you again. Right, Xiandre?" she said, turning to him.

Xiandre coughed up blood, hitting his helmet, and nodded slightly. His armor was covered in dry blood, and his breathing was deep.

"X-Xiandre... are you okay?" Amelia asked.

"I'm fine... for now. We've got to find shelter," he said.

"I think I actually know where we are," Velmora said.

"Oh? Care to tell us?" Xiandre asked.

"Y-Yes. I think we're currently in the Forest of Sapat. I used to walk around here when I was still alive," she said.

"How far are we from the nearest civilization?" Xiandre asked.

"Probably around two to three miles from here. The nearest one is the country of Grimore," she replied.

"Like, how far exactly?" Amelia asked.

"Two to three miles. It's ruled by King Dula and... it's also my first home," Velmora said.

"Let's head there before sunrise, then. Can you two still walk?" Xiandre asked.

"Uwaaa, three miles? My legs are going to hurt so bad again..." Amelia moaned, yawning.

Xiandre stood up. From where he stood, the moon shone down on him.

His armor shimmered under the moonlight, blood dripping all over it. A cold breeze passed, brushing against his mantle, cape, and scarf.

His left eye glowed red as he placed his sword in its sheath on his back.

Velmora watched him, blushing. Xiandre's mere presence was intimidating, scary... and incredibly cool in her eyes.

She spaced out as Amelia crawled behind her.

"Fufu* Feeling like getting smashed already? Don't worry, we'll eventually do it. And if you want, you can join us. Hihi," Amelia whispered.

Velmora stiffened, a shiver running down her spine. She immediately stood upright as Amelia stood too.

"We should get going," Xiandre said.

"Yeah," both girls responded.

"Well, Velmora... lead the way," Xiandre added.

"Y-Yeah..."

Velmora glanced around, then walked in a direction, with Amelia and Xiandre following.

The moon followed them as Amelia yawned again.

Amelia glanced at Xiandre, noting how his armor was soaked in blood. She wondered what must have happened during his fight with Lucifer to leave him in such a brutal state.

"Xiandre... how are you still standing after Leviathan's blast?" she asked.

"Lucifer created a barrier that saved both of us," Xiandre replied.

"A barrier? Why would he protect you?" she asked again.

"He didn't. I managed to get inside the barrier he created and killed him from within," Xiandre said.

"You killed him inside? How?" Amelia pressed.

"Amelia... I think it's better you don't know," Xiandre replied.

"Okay... sorry," Amelia said.

"I have a question too, Xiandre," Velmora said as they continued walking.

"Yes?"

"How are you still standing?"

"Standing?"

"I saw your entire fight—from when you were thrown out of Lucifer's mansion," she said.

"You saw? How? Everyone who saw that fight was obliterated by Leviathan's blast."

"Well... I'm kind of the reason so many demons managed to crawl to both your feet so fast. Despite the explosion, anyone a mile away was disintegrated."

"How?"

"My powers. I can manipulate and summon portals—except for the Gates of Heaven and Hell," she explained.

"You're telling me you summoned a portal far enough to escape Leviathan's blast?" Xiandre asked.

"Yes. And when I summoned one back, I was pushed by demons and demonesses who wanted to reach you. I managed to teleport just behind you and grabbed on tight before you jumped."

"I see. So you're not just a clothing merchant after all, huh?"

"Of course not."

Suddenly, they heard water in the distance. Approaching it, they found a river separating the Forest of Sapat from the country of Grimore.

"Just across this river, behind those trees, is the Castle of Grimore. Beside it is the entrance to the country," Velmora said.

She turned to Xiandre.

"I think you should clean your armor first. The blood might make the guards act aggressive or cautious," she added.

"Ehh? Why not stay here for the night and enter the castle in the morning?" Amelia asked.

"Fair idea, but we don't have shelter," Xiandre replied.

"Yeah, Xiandre's right. We should enter the country tonight so we can rest properly," Velmora agreed.

"Uwaa, I'm just too tired..." Amelia sighed.

"Amelia, what kind of power did you use to defeat Leviathan? And why are you this tired—barely able to move?" Xiandre asked.

"Uwaaa... well, it's called the Hundred Thousand Death Blasters... hihi," she giggled.

"So that's why?" Xiandre said. "Then I won't let you use that ability again. It might kill you."

"Kill me? Uwaaa... well maybe. Sorry. I won't use it again. But how did you know it could kill me?" Amelia asked.

"When I saw you after the blast, your skin and body were melting. When you passed out, they started regenerating," Xiandre revealed.

"I was...? Well... I see."

"Anyway, I'm heading into the water," Xiandre said.

Xiandre took off his helmet, and both Amelia and Velmora looked at his face.

"So that's your actual face?" Velmora asked.

"Yeah. I'm undead. I'm not human anymore," Xiandre said.

He began removing his armor. His uniform was completely destroyed, revealing his naked body to the two girls.

Velmora spaced out as she stared at him, her face flushed, mouth slightly open in awe.

Xiandre's body didn't have a single scratch, his body had fully regenerated in just a short period of time.

Oh my gosh... so hot... I wanna get dominated by him... violated by that massive dick... it's so huge... His body's so muscular, jawline sharp... I could lick it every day... Velmora thought to herself.

Amelia jumped behind Velmora, smiling.

"Eh!?" Velmora snapped out of her thoughts, turning to Amelia.

"Hihi, Velmora? Do you really wanna get smashed and violated by Xiandre? Fufu*"

"C-Can I?" Velmora replied.

Xiandre overheard and turned his gaze toward the two now flushed, wet girls staring at him.

"Um... what are you two thinking!?" Xiandre blurted out.

"Of course you can join me. Let's make sure we dry Xiandre to the last drop. Hihi. Last time I was the one who got dominated, but this time—with your help? I'm sure we can do it," Amelia teased.

Amelia and Velmora, their eyes locked on Xiandre, began stripping as they approached him.

Xiandre gulped and sighed.

"Let's see what you two can do," he muttered, dropping his armor into the river.
