As Ash and Misty munched on their cookies, the soft sound of footsteps and a rolling tray caught their attention.
Nurse Joy emerged from the back hallway, followed closely by a cheerful Chansey pushing a silver tray neatly arranged with Poké Balls—and Pikachu, trotting happily beside it.
"Your Pokémon are all checked and in great condition," Nurse Joy said with her usual calming smile. "No injuries or signs of fatigue—though that Spearow of yours does have a fiery attitude."
Ash stood up quickly, brushing crumbs from his lap. "Thanks, Nurse Joy!" He stepped forward and gently picked up his Poké Balls, placing them back onto his belt with practiced ease. Pikachu jumped up onto his shoulder in a single, smooth motion.
"Pika!" it chirped, looking energized.
"You're the best, Nurse Joy," Ash added, giving her a grateful grin. "Thanks for taking care of them."
"Of course! It's my job, after all," she replied warmly.
Misty collected her own Poké Balls as well, giving Chansey a little wave. "Thanks, Chansey. You too."
"Chansey~!" the pink Pokémon beamed.
Ash was thinking inwardly,
'Hmm why the team rocket jokers trio not here yet? its getting late!'
Ash turned to Misty.
"So... ready to find a room and crash for the night?"
Misty stretched her arms and yawned. "Yeah. Cookie helped, but I still feel like I could sleep for a week."
Ash chuckled. "Then let's get checked in."
But just as they turned toward the front desk to request a room, a loud BOOM echoed from outside—followed by a flash of light.
Sirens rang ~
" Emergency! Emergency!
Strangers have invaded the Viridian City!
I fear they are the gang of Pokemon thieves! "

The scene shifts to the hot air balloon where the blue haired guy, the red haired woman and the talking meowth were talking to each other ~
Jessie: "Haha it's too late for warnings now"
James: "How dare they ? So rude to call us a gang of Pokemon thieves/abductors. Our name is Team Rocket ."
Jessie: " Hmph, we'll give them something to really fear."
Meowth: "Let's go meow ! After this is successful the boss will be so happy he will give us lots of rewards plus promotion nya."
Jessie/James: " We are on board. No need to tell us again."
"Let's go Ekans / Koffing "
The windows rattled slightly two pokeballs broke the glass and two Pokemons entered the Pokemon centre.
"Koffing "
"Hiss Ekansss "
Koffing used Smog.
Misty's eyes widened. "What was that?"
As the thick, noxious gas from Koffing's Smog billowed through the Pokémon Center, alarms blared louder. Visibility dropped almost instantly—filling the room with a choking haze that made everyone cough and squint.
Nurse Joy stumbled back, shielding her face. "Everyone, evacuate the front! Get to the back hallway—now!"
Chansey let out a panicked "Chansey!!"
Ash covered his mouth, said, "Pikachu, stay close!"
"Pika-pi!" Pikachu nodded, fur bristling as it leapt from his shoulder to the ground—eyes narrowed.
From the smoky chaos, a spotlight beamed down from the gaping hole in the ceiling. And ....
"Don't be afraid"
"We will give our introductions ourselves "
"Prepare for trouble!"
"And make it double!"
"To protect the world from devastation…"
"To unite all peoples within our nation…"
"To denounce the evils of truth and love…"
"To extend our reach to the stars above!"
"Jessie!"
"James!"
"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!"
"Surrender now or prepare to fight!"
"Meowth! That's right!"
The smoke parted just enough to reveal Jessie, James, and Meowth, striking their dramatic poses in the middle of the chaos.
Behind them, Ekans and Koffing slithered and floated menacingly, flanking the duo like well-rehearsed bodyguards.
Misty growled."You ? What's that all about?
Jessie smirked. "Isn't it obvious? We're here to liberate the rarest Pokémon in this facility! And make them ours. "
Nurse Joy: " Wait, it's a Pokemon centre we don't have Pokemons like that!"
James chuckled, arms crossed confidently. "And with all these poor little things weakened from travel, we'll just scoop them up like candy there's bound to be some rare Pokemons!"
"Meowth's got the sack!" Meowth held up a large PokéBag with their logo on it. "And well we're not here for a weak mouse like a Pikachu so get out of the way!"
Pikachu stepped forward, cheeks already sparking with fury.
"Pika… CHUUUU!!"
But before he could fire, Koffing released another Smog, spreading a fresh wave of dark gas throughout the lobby. Visibility dropped to almost zero again.Ekans attacked and broke the counter with computers.
Misty coughed and waved a hand in front of her face. "Ash! We have to finish this quickly."
Ash nodded. "You're right. Pikachu, use Thunder Shock—aim for the ceiling! Blow the smoke out!"
Pikachu charged up, electricity crackling through its fur. "PIKA…CHUUU!!"
A bolt of lightning blasted upward, striking the hanging metal light grid. The shockwave blew out windows and vents, pulling the smog out through the gaps like a vacuum.
The smoke thinned quickly—just in time to see Ekans lunging toward Misty.
She gasped, stumbling back. "Staryu, I choose you!"
In a flash of light, Staryu appeared, spinning in midair. "HYAH!"
"Staryu, use Water Gun—knock that Ekans away!"
Staryu blasted a high-pressure stream of water, hitting Ekans square in the face. It yelped and flew backward, crashing into a wall with a thud.
Meanwhile, James pointed forward. "Koffing! Tackle attack, now!"
The floating gas Pokémon zipped toward Pikachu.
Ash shouted, "Pikachu, dodge and use Quick Attack!"
Pikachu leapt to the side just in time, then shot forward like a yellow bullet—slamming into Koffing and sending it spinning.
Jessie growled. "These kids are stronger than they look."
James adjusted his rose. "It seems that way."
Meowth waved the bag. "We ain't got time for this! Grab some Poké Balls and scram!"
"No way!" Ash stepped in front of the tray of Poké Balls Nurse Joy had wheeled out. "You're not stealing anyone's Pokémon!"
Jessie snarled. "Then we'll just take yours!"
As she and James pulled out more Poké Balls, the wall-mounted alarm system suddenly lit up in red.
"Security lockdown engaged."
Metal shutters slammed over the front and rear doors.
Nurse Joy appeared, holding a small controller in one hand, a determined look on her face. "This is a Pokémon Center—not your playground. You're not getting out that easy."
Jessie and James paled. "Uhhh… not good."
Ash pumped his fist. "Alright, now we've got them cornered!"
"Let's finish this," Misty said, eyes narrowed.
Ash grinned. "Pikachu, Thunderbolt—let's send 'em flying!"
"Pika…CHUUUUUUU!"
The blast of electricity hit both Ekans and Koffing, who screamed in unison before slamming into their trainers.
BOOM!!
A comical explosion rocked the center, sending Team Rocket flying through the same hole they'd come in from.
"Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off this time!"
"Meowth " (somehow yelling from who-knows-where)
A twinkle vanished into the night sky.
Outside the centre,on her bike ,Officer Jenny: " Oh My, that is a flashy way to go."
Ash exhaled, brushing ash and debris from his shoulders. "Damn. I have become so dirty!"
Misty nodded. "Yeah. But Pikachu it was awesome."
Pikachu said proudly, "Pika pi!"
Nurse Joy smiled, though a bit weary. "Thank you both. You really helped save the centre tonight."
Ash rubbed the back of his head. "Ah, it was nothing…also I don't have to pay for the ceiling right? "
Nurse Joy said, " Don't worry, the Pokemon centres are funded by the league they will pay for the damage."
Officer Jenny entered and said, "ofcourse you don't have to pay, infact you will be rewarded for your contribution this time although the trio ran away."
Then Ash's stomach growled loudly.
"…But if you have any food left, that'd be amazing."
Everyone laughed lightly as the security system disengaged, and the peaceful buzz of the centre returned.
After dinner, Ash and Misty took a shower went to their rooms to rest , though Ash just went inside his dimension and called his mom and Daisy to have some fun.

Somewhere Else…
The moon cast a silvery glow over the quiet forest, where a lone hot air balloon shaped like Meowth's head floated lopsidedly through the sky. Dangling precariously from a thick rope beneath it were Jessie, James, and Meowth—singed, scuffed, and thoroughly humiliated.
Jessie groaned as she adjusted her grip on the rope. "Ugh… my hair is frizzier than a Magnemite in a thunderstorm…"
"Can't believe a cat lost to a mouse "
James whimpered, still clutching a slightly-charred rose. "And my poor Koffing got kicked harder than a soccer ball…"
Meowth dangled by his tail, swinging between them like a sad piñata. "At least you guys didn't get electrocuted right in the whiskers! I think I smell toast and I am the toast!"
Meowth: "Hmph that's not an ordinary Pikachu, I will give you that for free. "
James sighed. "And nothing costs more than what is given for free ."
Meowth narrowed his eyes. "Maybe it's time we rethink our plan with that pikachu."
There was a pause. Then:
Jessie: "...You mean we capture that Pikachu and give it the boss?"
James: "hmm maybe ?"
Meowth: "Yeah let's do it !"
Jessie and James sparkled with sudden excitement. "Ohhh!"
"Picture it!" Meowth grinned wide, holding out his paws dramatically.
Jessie gasped. "That's brilliant! We could call it—Operation Shock and Steal!"
Meowth nodded firmly. "And after we nab that Pikachu, the boss will throw us a party, give us a mansion, maybe even give us promotion!"
All three of them gleamed with renewed hope.
Jessie: "Team Rocket's not down yet."
James: "We may fall, but we fall with style!"
Meowth: "And next time, we'll rise like a Gyarados!"
Suddenly, the balloon hissed—then let out a loud pop!
"Pppppppppfffffffffffffffttttt—"
The Meowth-shaped balloon began spiraling out of control.
Jessie: "NOT AGAIN!"
James: "I knew we shouldn't have used discount glue!"
Meowth: "Waaaaaahh meow nyaaaa"
