Guru Ven: "Lyn, no!"
Glen: "We need a new plan."
Glen: "Roy, fall back!"
Roy: "What!?"
Because Roy turned his head to answer Glen, he left an opening—Havoc took the chance and struck him, turning Roy into stone.
Cris: "Roy, nooo!"
Glen: "We need to retreat—now!"
Glen grabbed Guru Ven and Cris, pulling them out of the building. Noa followed close behind. Their escape didn't go unnoticed.
Havoc: "Ken, go after them. Here—take this."
He tossed the dark spear to Ken, who caught it and nodded, taking five of Havoc's men along.
Ken: "Stop right there!"
Glen: "They're chasing us!"
Noa: "What do we do now?"
Guru Ven paused, thinking hard, then an idea struck him.
Guru Ven: "Glen, run as far as you can. Find a way to defeat Havoc."
He stopped and turned to face the enemies. Ken hurled his spear, but Guru Ven deflected it with his staff, dispersing the energy.
Noa stopped, eyes wide.
Noa: "Let me help you, Guru! Glen, Cris—work together! Find the answer to this!"
Glen and Cris ran through the streets until they reached a narrow alley.
Cris immediately vanished into his storage dimension, leaving Glen alone. Glen leapt into a trash bin just before Ken and the others passed by.
Once the coast was clear, Glen climbed out—filthy and fuming.
Glen: "Ughh... disgusting."
Glen: "Cris! Come out! We need to stick together!"
He spoke aloud near the spot Cris had disappeared, knowing he would reappear at the same location.
Cris slowly popped his head out of a rift.
Cris: "For the record, I'm not going anywhere with a hypocrite like you."
Glen: "But Cris, Noa asked us to work together."
Cris rolled his eyes, sighed, and reluctantly stepped out.
Cris: "Fine. Let's go."
Glen: "Where to?"
Glen: "The Taren Forest. That's where we found the spear. There must be clues there."
They ran toward the forest outskirts.
During the journey, Cris walked beside Glen with a stone-cold face. Glen noticed the tension.
Glen: "Hey, Cris, I—"
Cris: "Save it, Glen. Let's just get this over with."
Glen fell silent.

After two hours of travel, they arrived at Taren Forest. Exhausted, they collapsed under a large tree to catch their breath.
Cris: "Haha… this is exhausting."
Glen: "Yeah… you're not wrong."
They rested for a moment—but then a vehicle roared into the clearing. Ken was inside.
Glen: "Oh no. We've gotta move!"
Cris: "Let's go!"
Glen paused, then shoved Cris forward.
Glen: "Cris, you remember the spot, right?"
Cris: "Of course I do. I'm not some airhead."
Glen: "I trust you. Now go!"
Cris: "Fine. But don't blame me if you get hurt."
Cris darted into the forest.
Glen: "Hey, Ken! Long time no see!"
Ken: "Cut the small talk, Glen."
Glen: "Fine then."
Glen slammed his palm to the ground, raising a mound of earth that knocked Havoc's men backward. Ken smiled.
Ken: "Oh? You want a fair fight, huh? Alright then."
Glen: "Of course, bro."
Ken readied his spear; Glen gripped his sword with his left hand.
Glen hurled chunks of rock at Ken, who countered with a wind shield. But the debris clouded his vision—Glen struck from above. Ken blocked with the shaft of his spear and flung Glen back.
The battle intensified. Slash, parry, clash. Glen blocked a strike with a stone wall, causing Ken's spear to get stuck. Glen took the chance to leap and strike—but Ken wrenched his weapon free and dodged again.
As the fight raged on, Havoc's men recovered.
Ken: "You guys—head into the forest. Find the other Veyron."
Glen slammed the ground, raising a five-meter wall that blocked their path.
Ken took the opening and hurled his spear at Glen—it hit. Glen turned to stone.
Ken: "You should've known better, Glen."
Henchman 1: "I swear, Ken's heartless."
Henchman 2: "Agreed. Dude's ice cold."
Ken: "What are you waiting for? Move!"
Ken smashed the wall with his wind-powered strike, creating a path.
He turned to one of the soldiers.
Ken: "You—stay here. Havoc might call. Find a signal and contact us immediately. I'll mark the trail with red symbols so you can catch up. Got it?"
Henchman: "Understood!"
Ken and the remaining four went deeper into the forest.

Meanwhile...
Cris ran as fast as he could toward the spot where they once found the spear. He pushed through brush, dodged snakes, and ignored the fear building in his chest.
When he reached the chamber, he landed hard—but a snake bit his arm.
Cris: "Aghhh!"
He yanked the snake off, wincing, and limped into the cave.
He searched frantically and finally found a book hidden behind a stone shelf.
Just then, Ken's voice echoed:
Ken: "Find him. Now."
Cris dove into his storage dimension to hide.
Ken and his men entered the cavern moments later, noticing the mess.
Henchman: "Ken. Boss says we're heading back."
Ken: "But the Veyron guy—"
Henchman: "I told him. He said to let it go."
Ken: "...Fine. Let's head back.
