Chapter 3 - (universe 3)

The hunter was many things, but a hunter first and foremost.

The hunter's steps were quiet as he walked through the city. His Attire drew attention, and he could tell it wasn't a good way from the way people seem to avoid him.

The hunter knew he was inside the waking world, that much was clear. The question was where? This certainly wasn't yharnam he was sure of that.

*boom*

The sound of an explosion drew the attention of the hunter, and curiosity drew him in. He hopped rooftop to rooftop until he made it to the docks.

There were people fighting below, so the hunter sat down on the building and observed.

The blades of mercy by his side, but he didn't make any moves, merely observed the fighting.

The weapons these girls used were strange, a mix of weapons but not like his. While his was a trick weapon made for killing humans and beast, he can tell these girls had no experience in killing humans due to the unconscious people.

A crow drew his attention as it was on the power line watching the fight as well, but now it was watching him.

The hunter merly put a finger to his lips, while staring at the crow before the hunter disappeared.

The hunter hunts steps were heard clearly throughout the battlefield and suddenly the fighting came to a stop.

Suddenly pairs of eyes all were drawn to the hunter, and the hunter merly drew his blades calmly before pointing them at the ginger.

"I shall give you one chance. Leave," the hunter's voice took a dangerous tone, sending shivers down the girl with black hair and a bow tie spine.

She was about to run and hide only to be held by yang. Being in the hunter proximity was messing with her senses, due to her being more enhanced because of her fanus heritage.

The... no, these weren't beasts. He could tell that much. The people with animal features were the same, but since he didn't know what to call them, he decided to say beast, because that's how they were acting.

"Is that a huntsman?" He heard the short girl with black hair ask the blonde.

"What are you doing? Attack him," the ginger said as he began trying to secure these weird crystals.

The hunter knew not of what they were, but knew this was either dangerous or very expensive.

"Bad decision," the hunter said.

What happened next was a bloodbath. The group that had tried to attack him? Dead.

The hunter attacked the ginger with ruthless efficiency. Weak spots, knees, arms, or anything else.

The hunter attacked the ginger like he would any beast, and once he was about to drive the blade through his neck, he felt something pull them apart.

"That is quite enough," a woman's voice said before pulling the hunter away from the ginger.

"Do you have any idea how much trouble you're in," he heard the woman say, and out of the corner of his eye he saw she was talking to the injured girls and the random blonde kid.

The hunter fingers twitched, breaking free of the woman's telekinesis.

"Help," the ginger, who was paralyzed said , trying to escape the blade of the hunter. But instead of stabbing he leaned in and sniffed.

*whoosh*

"And you sir are coming with me," the blonde yanked the hunter back to her and far enough away from the ginger.

The hunter's gaze never left the gingers, but he only smiled, his mask hiding his smile, but his eyes said it.

"I have your scent. I promise I will find you. I haven't ever lost my pre-" the hunter was cut off before slumping to the ground unconscious.

"...oops?" Sun said. "Was I supposed to do that?"

"No but that deals with one problem for no-" the blonde woman was caught off guard by the hunter getting up immediately after being knocked unconscious.

The hunter's eyes scanned the perimeter only to see that the ginger had escaped the moment he fell. The ginger took that moment to escape on that weird metal contraption.

"You're...pretty resilient," the blonde woman said, before lifting him with telekinesis.

"And you're strange," the hunter said.

"And you're a murderer," Blake said as she looked at the corpses of the white fang that lay dead.

"I was simply hunting beasts," the hunter said before getting flung by the woman's telekinesis.

The hunter had to admit, her control was near perfect. Only allowing him to break free for a second before getting picked up again. He ended up in this strange box. With windows, and doors, but knew not how to get out.

The black haired woman who called him a murderer was trying to get free to attack him, but was held back by the blonde woman.

The hunter had to say, he definitely respected the woman's strength. While she would put up a decent fight, he already knew the outcome anyway.

He would win.

...

"You're weird," was what the hunter said as saw white hair.

"Would you believe me if I said that you were not the first to say so?" The white haired man.

The hunter's eyes stared through the glass at the blonde woman behind the glass and smiled.

He had been stripped of his gear. Molotov's, poisoned knives, his gun, everything.

But the hunter stayed still, unnervingly so. He finally turned to the white haired man.

"My name is ozpin. How would you like to be a teacher?" The man said.
