"What was your condition?" He questioned and sat on his bike leaning his body to the wall, he took of his black jacket leaving the black top.
She adjusted the scarf that was tied round on her neck with her hand, and let go of it and said "I wanted you to teach me how to ride a bike," she said that made him chuckle softly and for the first time she saw him laugh that was for a second.
He then stared at her his hollow eyes staring at her eyes, with her heart creating a hollow hole in it because of his look, he leaned forward still sitting down and said "since when did you like bikes, don't get me wrong I wasn't laughing when you said you want to learn I thought you weren't the type that loved bikes," he would her words that made her roll her eyes.
The human girl was kind of a hard nut to crack as she wasn't that afraid of anything.
"I loved bicycles as a kid and my dad would teach me how to ride, there was a day, I was at home, thieves came into the house my mom locked me in a cupboard even knowing that I was afraid of the dark, she would always tell me to become tough until I let her down that day...." She said with tears gathered on her eyes he the tapped the end of the bicycle signalling her to sit and she seated.
She continued "the fears came and different thought came shrouded my mind making me unable to think clearly, I got agitated when I head gunshots with my mum screaming out loud, I tried to cover my ears and the screams kept repeating in my head, and everything I got serious about a thing I get scared even in the dark," she explained with teas in her eyes and now descending from her eyes making her face wet.
He took his handkerchief out of his trouser pocket and handed it for her to use, she took it and cleaned her wet face.
"Sorry for bringing up the sad topic," he apologized his face still hollow and expressionless as before.
"It's okay, besides I cried because it's my first time telling someone about it," she said and wanted to return his handkerchief and he said "it's yours keep it."
"Why were you not afraid when you were in the forest?" He asked out of curiosity.
"It's was because, I wanted to see something in the forest and it was not too dark sometimes it comes and go," she said and left.
"How interesting, there was something about this human he knew she didn't go to that forest for no reason,"
"Guys isn't that Harper leaving the boys dorm?" Ryla asked staring at the human who walked towards the girls dorm.
"What was she doing there?" Amber asked her eyes narrowed at the human.
"Maybe to meet him of course and isn't that Rowans kerchief," she asked after noticing the grey clothing on her hand.
"Does she sleep with them? what a cheap human giving her blood for free, she has a death wish," ryla commented and they heard amber say.
"Let's have a little fun shall we?, she asked with a mischievous smile and they all Left following the girls direction.
Conrad walked towards Rowan who exhaled the smoke from his mouth, and the smoke dispersed in the air.
"What are you doing talking to the human Rowan?" Conrad asked, knowing how Rowan is using girls to his advantage.
"I should be asking you that Conrad, I know you don't really like her and just want to get blood from her as you like," Rowan then looked at him with hate in his gaze.
"That absurd because you and I both know you hate humans and I think you got your eyes on her," Conrad stared ath Rowan with antipathy because the vampire was always getting on his way and he has tried harder to get him out of his sight.
"So your way of getting close to her was through tutoring, how childish of you to think about trash, I don't have any word to waste on you con just don't do anything to her," he warned glaring at him.
"Why do you care Rowan, I will be the first to get her so dael with it___" before he could complete his sentence Rowan grabbed him by the arms.
"Like I said don't do anything to her con and I don't like her," he then let go of his arms and left Conrad sight.
Conrad scoffed like he cares about what the vampire will do after he has done what's on his mind.
Harper saw the dorm was a few meters away but she wanted to use the restroom, so she went to the nearest building where few people come to pee, she entered the female restroom unknown to her they were people behind her.
She then started to dress up as her dress and hair was messy, washing her face to clean the sweat that was on it, she then heard footsteps, she turned to look where it was coming from then she saw three girls walk in.
She was shocked to see the final year student people were afraid of standing before her, she blinked twice in bewilderment and wondering why she had so many people that hated her, she was just a freshman.
"Why do you keep looking for what not yours Harper," amber phrased in execrate as she glared at Harper whose face was wet because of the water as she turned off the running water from the faucet.
"Who are you talking about? I never took what not mine, I don't steal if you think I do," Harper replied wanting to be polite because she didn't know what the girls are capable of.
"You really don't know what we are talking about?" Olivia questioned in anger clenching her fist.
"No I don't, I should leave now since you don't have anything to say," Harper said wiping her face with the handkerchief Rowan gave her and dumped it in a trashcan.
Before she could leave the Isobelle yelled at her "stop right there, did I say am done talking?"
"I thought you were," Harper replied making the girls stare at her in anger and amazement, all human they ever talk to were always afraid of them and trembled before then but this human wasn't like them, she didn't even flinch and that got to their nerves.
Amber stepped forward to face the human girl she was a little taller than. "Stay away from Conrad you slut."
"Conrad is it what this is all about? To clear a few things I don't like Conrad, he is only tutoring me and we are nothing more and am not a slut," she explained with a frown on her face.
"What about my brother what business do you two have, don't even dare to think about dating him because I will never let that happen," the girl then smirked in mischief as her blue eyes stared at the Hazel unfazed eyes.
