Chapter 3 - Chapter 4: The Showdown

‎Hayes's eyes gleamed with determination as he gathered his closest allies. He had been humiliated, and now it was time for revenge. His plan was to take down Anne's empire from the inside out, using every trick in the book to dismantle her operation.

He was going to show her why he was the infamous Hayes smith, who singlehandedly became the envy of everyone in the industry, or so he thought. Anne has always been his biggest admirer and supporter, opening doors for him without his knowledge, presenting him with undeserved contracts and biddings taking him to the peak and giving him a name.

The envy of the industry was known other than Anne. Who at a tender age built her company from scratch and handed it over to the man she thought loved her. Only to be meet with ridicule and brutality from this same man.

‎Meanwhile, Anne was aware of Hayes's intentions. She had eyes and ears everywhere, and her network of informants kept her informed of every move Hayes made. But she wasn't worried. She had a plan of her own, one that would crush Hayes's spirits and leave him begging for mercy. A plan that will take every major news outlet like a storm leaving him in the dust.

‎The battle between Anne and Hayes intensified, with each side trying to outmaneuver the other. Hayes launched a series of attacks on Anne's business partners, trying to weaken her grip on the company. But Anne was always one step ahead, anticipating his every move and countering with precision.

‎As the war between them escalated, the stakes grew higher. Hayes's allies began to turn on him, sensing that Anne was the stronger player. Hayes was left isolated, with few options left.

‎In a last-ditch effort, Hayes turned to the one person he knew could help him: a ruthless businessman with a reputation for crushing his enemies. Hayes hoped that with this ally's help, he could finally take down Anne and reclaim his empire.

‎But as Hayes made his move, Anne was waiting. She had anticipated his every step, and she was ready to strike. The final confrontation was about to begin, and only one person would emerge victorious.

‎"Let's end this," Anne said, her voice cold and calculating.

‎"We'll see about that," Hayes replied, a desperate glint in his eye.

‎The stage was set for a showdown that would change everything.
