"Seriously, you are going to give him half of the family's property?!" Belinda shouted, her eyes nearly popping out of their sockets as she looked at her sister like a crazed woman.
"Rephrase that. My property, not yours. I already gave you your own half two years ago, and you squandered and sold everything, while I multiplied mine. So, you have no business with what I should do with my own property, Belinda!" Ruth yelled back at her, pointing fingers at her sister.
The reason for their argument was because Ruth had summoned her lawyer and told him to prepare all the necessary documents to transfer half of her will. Belinda, who had overheard the conversation, confronted her sister immediately after the lawyer left.
"Sister, you'll regret this…" Belinda said, shaking her head slowly, her voice laced with frustration.
"At least, not more than I regret giving you half of the property back then, only for you to squander everything. I bet Dapper will put it to better use than you ever did," Ruth said, her expression burning with anger.
Suddenly, Belinda's face turned red and she started crying, her voice trembling.
"Sister, why are you using what happened back then to judge me? I told you that was a mistake. Apart from the fact that I have issues with Dapper, I'm just worried that you're giving him half of your property just like that," Belinda sniffed, cleaning her watery eyes with her sleeve.
Ruth then regretted why she brought up the topic in the first place. "I am sorry about saying that, Belinda. It's just that you keep making me angry," Ruth said, sitting down beside her sister, gently patting her back. Even though she wanted to berate Belinda more, she couldn't bring herself to do it—not while her sister was crying. After their parents died, she had taken up the responsibility of looking after her little sister.

The two boys, Yavo Adryel and Lice Trephor, were his Predecessor's best friends. For some reason, Dapper couldn't help but smile upon seeing them, even though he didn't want to. It was like a muscle memory.
Yavo and Lice stopped in front of Dapper, panting heavily as they tried to catch their breath. Yavo was a tan-skinned boy, standing around five-foot-ten, with short, spiky red hair and black eyes. His overly sharp chin gave him the unsettling appearance of a creep. On the other hand, Lice was a fat, chubby boy, standing around five-foot-nine, with short black hair slicked back and brown eyes that were partially obstructed by the thick black-framed glasses he wore. Lice wasn't too fat, but he was still on the heavy side nonetheless.
"You idiot, why didn't you come to school for over two weeks?! How do you think you're going to pass?!" Yavo bellowed after finally catching his breath.
"I'm sorry, guys. I was sick the whole time," Dapper lied, putting on a smile..
"Ah, sorry about that, man. You should've told us. Oh wait, I forgot—you don't even have a phone yet. Your sugar mama should have gotten you one. Speaking of her, have you guys had sex yet?" Lice asked with a mischievous grin, nudging Dapper in the ribs as they walked toward their classroom, passing by other students.
"What do you think?" Dapper replied with a wink, lying again. "Besides, why are you calling her my sugar mama? She's only twenty-five," Dapper added. When he looked at his friends, he realized they were staring at him, their mouths wide agape.
They suddenly began patting his back and wrapping their arms around his neck dramatically, almost crying with exaggerated joy.
"Finally! You broke the curse! You broke the trio loser curse and had sex with her! I was thinking you swung the other way and I was ready to stop being friends with you if you didn't have sex with her. Imagine not liking such a beautiful woman," Lice cried in an over-the-top manner, fake tears pouring down his cheeks.
"She's even that young. You lucky bastard!" Yavo cried too, equally animated.
These were his Predecessor's friends, and they were known as some of the biggest losers in the class, largely due to their creepy appearances and infamous reputation for peeking at girls' underwear. Not to mention, their school bags were always loaded with stashes of porn comics from various genres and styles.
Soon, they reached their class. It was a large classroom, painted white, with a large digital screen at the front that served as the main board. There were various artworks hung neatly on the walls, and beside them stood shelves made from expensive wood. Premium furniture was neatly arranged throughout the room, along with an array of beautiful windows that lined the opposite wall, flooding the space with natural light.
Many students were already seated in the classroom, and as soon as they saw Dapper walk in, they all turned toward him, surprised. Seeing him show up on the day exams were starting after being absent for two whole weeks was shocking. Only one thing ran through their minds:
He was doomed to repeat.
Dapper and his friends sat at the far end of the classroom, not far from each other. They were known as the "loser squad," and their preferred hangout spot was always the back of the class.
As Dapper sat down, a girl suddenly walked up to him, placing her hand lightly on his desk. Dapper raised his head, and as soon as he saw her, he recognized her immediately.
"Elena…" Dapper muttered. According to his memories, Elena was a half-human, half-elf girl who had asked his Predecessor out on several occasions. She had always been turned down, but that never stopped her from trying every single time.
Dapper nearly drooled as he stared at Elena, whose massive chest hovered dangerously close to his face despite the distance between them. She had long, golden hair tied into a neat ponytail and beautiful green eyes that enhanced her perky nose and slightly elongated ears. She was a petite girl, standing around five feet tall with a slender frame, but her overly large chest was akin to a truck hauling three times its own weight.
"I'm happy to see you, Dapper. Where have you been these past two weeks?" she asked, her voice bright and cheerful.
"I… I was sick the whole time," Dapper replied, doing his best to stay calm.
"Really? How are you feeling now? You could've told me to come check on you. Let me see your eyes," Elena said, leaning forward and opening his eyes with her fingers.
Her tits swayed before his face, threatening to spill out of her bra. Dapper could even smell the sweet fragrance wafting off her skin.
'This bitch is fucking packed in the chest! She's even bigger than Ruth, what the heck?! I will make her my fuck meat!' Dapper thought inwardly, struggling to hide the bulge in his pants as Elena's tits were now literally pressing against his face.
'This bitch is intentionally doing it. That's it! But I can't do anything right now, fuck.'
Water comically poured down from Yavo and Lice's faces as they hugged each other in dramatic despair.
"Yavo, we're going to die as virgins at this point. That fucking traitor."
"We don't have a fine face like his, iyaaaaahu~~."
"I don't see anything wrong with you, though," Elena said suddenly, standing up and flashing a warm smile.
"A-Ahem, well, I've been treated, so I'm fine now," Dapper stuttered.
'Does that have anything to do with her System?'
In this world, everyone had a System that granted them a unique set of abilities and spells. However, it was forbidden to disclose one's System information for safety purposes. Talking about your System openly could result in heavy fines—and the person who reported you would even be rewarded.
"Ah, I see. Well, since you're here… I-I want to ask if we can go on a date today?" she asked, then quickly raised her hand. "I know you turned me down last time, but I just want to go on a date with you, just this once," she added, her cheeks slightly flushed.
Dapper paused for a moment, then flashed a charming smile. His handsome face made Elena's heart thump in her chest.
"Okay. We'll go on a date tomorrow," Dapper said.
"Date?! What about your wife? Waaah, lucky bastard!" Yavo and Lice wailed even more loudly, breaking into fresh sobs.
"Wife?" Elena raised an eyebrow. "So it's true you married an aristocrat?" she asked, her voice tinged with sadness.
'Fuck. I am going to beat the shit out of those idiots.'
"I–I… Yeah, it's true. I'm sorry, Elena. That's why I keep turning you down," Dapper said with a sigh.
"Really?" she asked, her expression dimming for a moment, then brightening again. "Even though it hurts me to hear it from you, I still won't give up. We'll still go on that date, Dapper," Elena said, lightly rubbing his hand.
The entire classroom was stunned. All eyes were glued to the two of them. Yavo and Lice were both having full-blown nosebleeds.
But the moment was abruptly cut short when a woman entered the classroom, her heels clacking loudly against the floor.
