Ryker stood before Axel, his eyes gleaming with intensity as he began to explain the world of combat. "In this world, humans are not the only supreme beings. We have demons, which are subdivided into three categories."
"Korosu, Kyokai, and Kurokami," Axel interjected, his voice filled with a mix of curiosity and determination.
Ryker nodded, a hint of surprise on his face. "Yes, that's correct. Korosu are demons that can take any shape, size, or form, and their sole purpose is to kill in order to evolve."
Axel's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with memories of his encounter with Vespera, the Kurokami who had killed Takeru. "I've heard of this before," Axel said, his voice low and menacing. "The Kurokami that killed my brother Takeru..."
Ryker held up a hand, his expression stern. "Let me continue, Axel. The second species classified under demons are the Kyokai. They can take the shape of humans but can also return to their Korosu form. When a Korosu evolves, it becomes a Kyokai with enhanced IQ, strength, and speed."
Axel's gaze was intense, his mind processing the information. "And the Kurokami?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Ryker's expression turned grave. "The Kurokami, also known as Black Gods, are the most powerful demons in this world. There are only five of them, and I've only encountered two of them with Takeru. Reiren and Korin the fourth and fifth kurokami. They attacked us, but we managed to escape after korin tried freezing us to death and we ran as fast as we can and transfered all our life force in our leg to run faster."
Axel's eyes widened as Ryker revealed more about the Kurokami. "Vespera, the third Kurokami, uses a scythe as a weapon and his power is unknown. Reiren, the fourth Kurokami weapon unknown power unknown, and Korin, the fifth Kurokami, wield daggers, Korin can create subzero temperatures and use ice."
Ryker paused, his eyes locked on Axel's. "Now, let's move on to the human race. Humans can enhance their life force to any part of their body, making that part stronger for attack or defense."
Axel's interest was piqued. "That's incredible," he said, his voice filled with excitement.
Ryker nodded. "Yes, it's a powerful technique. But demons, Kurokami, and some Kyokai can use life force to create realms, making them even more formidable opponents."
As Ryker continued to explain the world of combat, Axel listened intently, his mind racing with strategies and plans. He was determined to take revenge on the Kurokami and demons that had taken Takeru's life.
Ryker's eyes narrowed as he asked, "Axel, how did you escape from Vespera?" Axel's expression turned somber as he recounted his encounter with Vespera. "Hana saved me," he said, his voice filled with gratitude. "She started a fire that burned Vespera, while he was shouting with pain i fainted before I fainted i heard a thump in my heart and vespera stopped shouting."
Ryker's expression turned thoughtful. "That's interesting," he said. "I've never heard of fire being able to harm a Kurokami before."
As they returned to their training, Ryker asked Axel, "How do you plan to take revenge on Vespera if fire burned him down?" Axel's eyes gleamed with determination. "I meant to take revenge on all the Kurokami and demons," he said, his voice filled with conviction.
Ryker explained, "Humans are capable of enhancing their life force to any part of their body, making that part stronger for attack or defense. By transferring their life force to a specific area, they can increase its strength and durability."
Axel's eyes lit up with interest. "That's amazing," he said. "I can see how that would be useful in combat."
Ryker nodded. "Yes, it's a powerful technique. And then there are the Curses."
"Curses?" Axel repeated, his brow furrowed in confusion.
Ryker's expression turned serious. "Curses are beings that are born when a demon's soul and a human soul merge. They're rare and often feared by both humans and demons. Curses can be unpredictable, and their abilities can vary greatly depending on the balance between their human and demon souls."
Axel's mind was racing with questions. "What happens if the demon soul takes over?" he asked.
Ryker's expression turned grave. "If the demon soul takes over, the Curse can lose control and become a monster. But if the human soul is strong enough, they can maintain control and use their powers for good."
Axel's eyes widened in understanding. "I see," he said. "So Curses are like a double-edged sword. They can be powerful allies or formidable enemies."
Ryker nodded. "Yes, that's correct. And it's rare to find Curses who can balance their souls and control their powers."
