A few minutes earlier :
Rias Gremory was walking while immersed in her own thoughts about the guy at the school gates as she remembered him literally glowing with white light as she wondered if he was using senjutsu to catch her attention as she noticed him looking at her then just moved on his way .
Then she teleported to her club room in the school as she kept pondering on whether that guy know of her identity or was just trying to impress her and does he have any connection to the supernatural it irritated her so much that she called her rival Sona Sitri to ask about his information the call connected and she began saying :
Hey, Sona i wanted to ask the student council president her information about someone .
Answered Sona :
Purple hair purple eyes , his name is Moroha Tetsya.and Rias wasn't even surprised that she knew of him already she just wanted to know more so she asked the most crucial questions for her at the moment :
Does he come from any of the three factions and what is with his touki ?
Sona sighed at her questions and began telling her what she Tsubaki had done and ended the call with a challenging massage to Rias as she said : we don't know what's going on with his touki but he maybe a descendent from one of the church heroes but he is oblivious to his condition so we don't know for sure but I'm interested to find out how many pawns that will be needed to reincarnate him if a chance arised , i can tell confidently that he is oblivious to anything from the supernatural world I'll have someone watch him closely and we will see good bye Rias .
As she hanged the call Rias began wondering her self what is she gonna do with this information as she didn't know him well enough to offer to reincarnate him as a devil willingly and wondered if he will even want to her aura was rising as her irritation increased but she noticed and took a deep breath to calm himself and thought to leave it to all to fate and remembered that she isn't the only one looking to reincarnate Moroha Tetsya to be a member of he peerage .
Her silence was soon broken by a buzz signaling a contract was presented and the other members of the club was doing their own so she get to the teleportation platform and teleported to the contract location .
After finishing her contract she walked in the streets wondering if she like Sona wanted to wait more to analyze the situation throughly as she was walking she frowned at the feeling of her senses dampen severely as she began checking her surrodings but all she could see was what looked like a white smoke that doesn't to have any intent or momentum so she know it's a senjutsu art but who's the one responsible she didn't know as there weren't anything around her other than the walls she agitated her power of destruction a bit for what she expected to be an assassination attempt but after a while nothing happened and she sighed and began calling her brother as he at least should have an idea of what was going on and she increased her pace to cross the road and the minute she tried to cross there it was the moving death of Japan .
In a normal day she would have sensed the speeding truck easily and she could just teleported to her club in instant but that nearby senjutsu user and his smoke touki already sealed my demonic power sense so i didn't notice it until I'm nearly going to be hit by it .
it won't kill me but will bruise my ego for sure or that was what i was thinking until it happened .
It came in a flashing purple as i wondered who is moving this fast and i felt a slight push to the front of me enough to ove me out of the truck's way but not for my savior as well as he was hit with two opposite forces of speed the truck and his own as i saw him flying to some alley and went in a hurry to check on him and was surprised by what i saw .
The purple haired guy that was just recently on my mind and i saw him releasing the same white smoke that led us both in this situation and i took a pity in his current state i could try to heal him but his current state let's just say his body is filled with holes of different sizes but all oozing blood and it's not even slowing down .
I thought for a moment and finally decided to reincarnate him anyway he after all tried to save my life and one pawn lost is a big deal but i don't care for that now i began holding my pawn evil chess piece and start chanting the spell as the evil piece in my hand flashed and entered his body began to heal but his wounds isn't closing .
I widened my eyes as i felt the ritual signaling that one pawn isn't enough to reincarnate this guy , and i attributed it to his touki and maybe his physical prowess so i summon the second pawn as it was becoming more and more interesting and after the second some of the wounds closed but he is still dying as i looked at him where is all this blood coming from does he had a dragon heart or something that can't be true as i finished my contemplating i began summoning my rest pawn pieces and i wonder myself if 8 will be enough to reincarnate him and if i really wanted to do this after all I'm betting my future on the unknown here with this reckless move but maybe this all it takes to change my fate a single win it all or forsake it all bet i put the evil pieces on the dying guy in front of me as they began sinking in his body one after another and i can't sense his demonic power as he is still releasing his touki how much did he have it's still releasing after all of this and he really can't see it nor using it but my surprise at this only lasted a few seconds.
As i felt my evil pieces inside him began to change or mutate all of my 8 pawn pieces mutated and after just being reincarnated I'm clueless to whatever is happening right now but i began seeing my bet as a win .
While I'm completely engrossed in how a single coincidence can bring so much changes the boy began to mutter :
For the well-being of my parents i can even become a devil willingly and the ritual flashed and ended at his words .
As i began to wonder is that the reason his evil pieces mutated he is willingly choose to reincarnate as a devil , today's events really are conjuring me with questions and bewilderment i heard a small groan and i began seeing Tetsya waking up .
Tetsya : Ugghhh what happened and then my brain restarted what had happened still insisting on the the senior flashing red and pointing at me . I thought i died then looked at my uniform found it covered by blood like it's just plain red with only holes that stood out because of my white flesh beneath it holes as big as a basketball wait a minute how I'm still alive I pushed that senior away and definitely got hit in her place did god gave me another chance tzzzzztch what is this painful headache , oh that senior is she okey did she called an ambulance that isn't right what really happened I'm completely fine then i heard her voice answering my inquiries as she appeared behind me and said in a soothing voice and a small blush:
Don't worry Moroha Tetsya everything is going to be okey let's just fix your outfit and her hand flashed red and my uniform was good as new .
Awkward silence as i'm began wondering if my brain is still traumatized from the shock and thus making my imagination running wild but then my uniform was there good as new the ground is still red from my blood and I'm releasing some white lights i panicked immediately and
i said to her with a loud voice while clutching my jacket : I'm not joining any cult while thinking she drugged me somehow and the accident didn't happen and this isn't my blood trying to find the most logical explanation cause if i don't i might really be going crazy but still she must have drugged me with a big dosage I'm still glowing .
And she just giggled at my reaction and said : nice to meet you Tetsya , i advice you to go home and get a good rest and if you trusted me we could continue our interaction tomorrow in the school i will send someone to fetch u , it's quite late get a good rest and see u tomorrow . with that she flashed right in front of me and then vanished and i got spooked out so much that i didn't stop running at full speed to my house and even zoomed in towards my room not sure of anything anymore my parents heard a click and they just knew it was me but i guess they thought my first day was horrible that i didn't want to talk about it so they just nodded at each other and came to my door and said with a pained voice :
Don't worry son if you don't like it in here or if something bothering u at your school we can move out anytime.
And at that i throw my overgrown confusion and told them enthusiastically from behind the door :
I had the best first day and then went to the arcade and lost my sense of time sorry if that made you worry and with that i heard a sighs of relief from both of them and they returned to the living room but told me they are always there for me and goodnight with my mom adding that if I'm hungry i can find my share of dinner in the fridge .
I really want to see my parents and hug them strongly but will they see the lights on my skin what did she do to me can i even go to school like this .
Aaahhh . I kinda miss the comfort of sleeping ,
i guess it's decided then .
