I stay in a handstand position doing handstand push ups.
Sweating profusely with my muscles bulging out.
Fifteen years have gone by and I've come to learn a few things.
One, sadly unlike before, Diana didn't get reborn with me.
She didn't make it.
Now I'm all alone in this world.
"I swear to get revenge for you Diana." I say out under my breath as I go down and push back up.
Two, I didn't get reincarnated in another world, I just got reborn in this same one.
That is at least good.
"So I can have my revenge" I say again my voice a little louder this time as I go down and push back up again.
Three, I got reborn in the Unorthodox faction of the Murim, known for their rogue and ruthless nature, though not as ruthless as the Heavenly Demon Cult, they are despised by a lot.
I got the name Ximen Yeong.
I was born into the Ximen family of the Unorthodox faction.
And I was born by a maid, forced to sex by the Clan master.
Unfortunately she died two years after giving birth to me.
I've been brought up by two other maids in the outer courtyard of the clan.
Growing up I have been discriminated as being the son of a maid.
Why?
Because they feel I am not worthy of bearing the name Ximen.
I at first didn't care about all that but I have come to realize that if I want to have my successful revenge on the cult, I need power, not just I alone, I need a force, and maybe this clan, this faction is the force I need.
And so I need to find my way to the top.
But for now...
I go down and push back up the last time as I drop to the floor sweating.
I need to boost myself first.
"There he goes again, he's doing those weird training again." A maid at the door says to another.
"But look at his body though, that's not supposed to be the body of a fifteen year old, isn't that just beautiful?" The other maid says smiling, almost drooling.
Those two have brought me up since I was three.
Though weird, they genuinely care for me.
I get up and begin to walk to the entrance.
"Im hungry Soso" I say to one.
"Dinner is ready, yours is in your room." the other replies me
"Wasnt asking you Lara" I say to the other.
They both say nothing but giggle as they go in.
I was about entering the small building when the little gate of the courtyard is slammed open.
A young boy with pitch black shining hair just like mine, a year older than me storms in with two of his friends behind him.
And of course, it was Ximen Lao, the Ximen Patriarch's second son.
"I already told you I'm not interested in the family head competition or your spar.
Can you just not bother me?" I say to him in annoyance.
"Oh no no no you've gotten it all wrong, I didn't come here for all that. I just came to check out my little brother" He says with an odd, fake smile.
"What do want Lao?" I ask in annoyance.
"Ohh such a nice physique, but sadly all that would be a waste of you can't activate dantian and use inner energy." He says as if taunting me.
"Thank you for your concern but I'll activate my dantian when it is time." I reply to him.
"And when would that be, you are fifteen years already, the average person activates thiers at the age of ten, I activated mine at the age of nine of course." He says bragging.
"Im just a concerned older brother looking out for his younger one." He says drawing nearer to me.
This statement make me remember Diana.
My mood immediately switches as I remember my late little sister.
"I managed to lay my hand on a pill that could help you..."
"Im not interested" I cut him short as I turn to enter the building.
"Im only trying to..."
I slam the door behind me stopping his speech.
Ximen Lao begins to fume in anger.
"That stupid son a maid, we'll see..." He says as he storms out in anger.
I sit in my room after eating.
I stay in a lotus position with my eyes closed examining my body.
"Yes, my dantian has become a lot larger, just a little more and I can activate it." I say to myself.
I could've activated my dantian even before the age of six but for the sake of efficiency I had to train my body to the limit first before activating it. Following the principle of:
The larger the vessel, the larger the quantity it can hold.
Though extremely tough I'm almost there.
This principle got I and my sister a long way.
But this time the technique is different, along with training my body I also train my poison immunity.
This was one of our greatest cards, I got mine by luck after waging war alone against the Tang family of the Orthodox faction.
I massacred them all but by the time I came out, I was drenched in different kind of poisons.
I managed to survive with will, luck and my sister pulling every card she could to save my life.
By the time I awoken I had gained immunity to all poisons.
But we were still poisoned how?
They had used the two major ingredients of the blood ki dispersing poison.
The blood ginseng and the Halo flower.
Separately they are not as poisonous.
Using one, over years, letting it settle in the victims body and then letting the victim take in the other at the appropriate time would give the result of the blood ki dispersing poison even if the person has poison immunity.
But we... I won't fall for such again now that I know what they smell and taste like.
It was already morning.
I was still practicing when Soso suddenly began calling out to me.
"Yeong!! Yeong!!" Soso calls out to me.
I quickly run outside without a top hearing her desperate tone.
Opening the door I see Soso on her knees crying, with Lara on her laps.
Lara was bleeding from her eyes, nose, mouth and ears.
"What happened" I quickly ask Soso as I get on my knees trying to figure out Lara's condition.
"Oh dear! what could have possibly happened here?" Ximen Lao steps into the courtyard with his friends behind him.
Seeing him I begin to fume with anger, my heart beating fast as if about to jump into my throat.
I get on my feet as he approaches me.
"Did you do this?" I ask, my voice low and deep as I glare at him.
