Synopsis
Title: Multiverse Chat: The Infinite Connections Genre: Urban Fantasy, Isekai, Action, Drama, Slice of Life > Yuuto, a lonely high school anime and manga fanatic, stumbles upon a mysterious app link on his phone that promises to connect him to a "special chat group." Curious and craving connection, he downloads the app, only to find himself embedded in a strange digital realm where he becomes the group's administrator. To his shock, the chat group is populated by legendary characters from different worlds—characters from manga and anime like Luffy from One Piece and Goku from Dragon Ball. These characters believe they are communicating with a divine entity—"the God"—and that Yuuto is an omniscient, all-powerful being. As Yuuto interacts with these characters, he realizes he has the power to invite others from different worlds, creating a multiversal "chat group" that defies reality. He begins to invite characters, influence their lives, and even spoil future events—though he remains unaware of the true consequences of his actions.

Chapter 1: The Digital Cosmos — "The Unseen Voyage Begins"

The quiet hum of the room was almost deafening in the darkness. Outside, the night stretched endlessly, wrapped in a silence that felt almost oppressive. Inside, Yuuto sat alone at his desk, eyes fixed on the faint glow of his computer monitor. His fingers drummed softly on the desk, a nervous rhythm he didn't even realize he had.

He wasn't particularly a fan of noise or chaos. He preferred solitude, the calm refuge of his small sanctuary where he could escape into worlds of fiction. His room was a shrine to his passions—posters of pirates, warriors, and magicians plastered on the walls, shelves stacked high with manga volumes, and a collection of figures from his favorite series scattered across every available surface.

Yet tonight, something was different. An odd feeling crept beneath his skin—an itch of curiosity that refused to be ignored. It started with an unremarkable message he scrolled past earlier, buried deep in his social feed. Now, he kept staring at the screen, trying to understand why.

It was just a link. No description, no warning. Just a plain, cryptic URL—something that looked like it belonged to no legitimate site he knew. Something old-fashioned and strange, almost like a relic from a forgotten era.

"Click if you want something different," the caption read beneath the link, in a font that seemed to shimmer strangely under the dim light. It was almost hypnotic.

His rational mind told him to ignore it. But beneath that, an instinct—an impulse—urged him to try.

He hesitated. Then, slowly, he moved his finger over the link and tapped.

The moment he did, everything changed.

The screen flickered violently, like static on a television losing its signal. His heart skipped a beat. For a second, the familiar space of his room faded away, replaced by an endless, infinite expanse of stars and swirling nebulae. It was as if he had been transported into some cosmic realm—a place made of pure digital energy.

He sat frozen, eyes wide. His breath caught in his throat.

A voice—low, smooth, and deliberate—broke through the silence.

"Welcome to the Multiverse Chat. You are the Administrator."

The words floated in the vast space, shimmering like holographic constellations. He blinked, unsure if he was dreaming or if something else entirely had happened.

He looked around, but there was nothing but stardust and light stretching into eternity.

A new prompt appeared before him, floating midair like a glowing sign:

"You may invite three members from any world, any universe, any timeline. Choose wisely."

He stared at it. His mind raced.

This can't be real, he thought. No way this is happening. But something about the scene felt tangible, alive.

He reached out with a trembling hand and hovered over the options.

Flickering images appeared—icons of legendary characters from different worlds. Some he was familiar with; others he only vaguely recognized from stories he'd read or shows he'd watched.

The list included:

Luffy (One Piece)

Goku (Dragon Ball)

Naruto (Naruto)

Ichigo (Bleach)

Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist)

Others, shimmering like distant stars.

He stared at the options. The choices felt impossible.

Finally, he made a decision.

His gaze settled on the first name: Luffy. The cheerful pirate captain was one of his favorites—not just because of his strength or his carefree attitude, but because he embodied freedom.

He tapped the icon.

The selection disappeared into a glowing portal.

Next, he hesitated again, fingers hovering over the second slot.

He considered Goku. The Saiyan's relentless drive for strength and battle was legendary. But something about the unpredictability of Goku made him think twice.

Instead, he picked Goku.

A brief flicker of anticipation ran through him.

The scene shimmered once more as the system acknowledged his choices:

"Your invitations have been sent. Please wait for their response."

He didn't have to wait long.

A moment later, a new window opened in this cosmic space.

A message appeared:

"Luffy has joined the chat."

The words glowed brightly, and a voice—clear and energetic—spilled into his consciousness.

[Multiverse Chat]

Admin: Yuuto

Members: None yet.

Suddenly, a message popped up, bright and enthusiastic:

"Hey! Who's this?"

It was Luffy. The words vibrated with excitement.

Yuuto blinked. His heart pounded silently. He pondered how to reply without sounding crazy, yet knowing he couldn't reveal too much.

He took a breath and responded, voice steady but calm:

> Welcome. You're in a space beyond what you know—call it what you want. This is a nexus of realities.

He paused, eyes flickering to the screen.

> I am the one who keeps this place running. You're here because your world is linked to this space.

The response was immediate.

"Whoa… you're serious? You're saying you're… like a god?"

Luffy's voice carried over, filled with awe but also a hint of mischief.

Yuuto's lips twitched into a faint smile.

> Call me what you wish. I simply oversee. Things will get interesting soon enough.

His tone remained calm—purposeful. No need to reveal too much.

Another message from Luffy came quickly:

So… you're the boss? Like the Pirate King?

That's pretty cool.

Yuuto's gaze shifted as if observing from afar. His voice was measured.

> Not exactly. Just someone who knows how to keep things in order.

He paused again, considering his next words carefully.

> Tell me — what's your next move?

The space around him rippled, waiting.

He felt no rush—only curiosity and cautious control. If this was some kind of game—and it felt real enough—he wanted to see how far he could go.

He considered inviting Goku next. But then, a sudden thought struck him: what if he could influence their worlds? Maybe even spoil some future events?

He hesitated briefly before typing.

> Before we move forward, I have some info about your future. Want to hear it?

The reply was almost instantaneous.

"Yeah! Tell me!" Luffy's voice burst through the digital space with eager anticipation.

Yuuto's fingers moved with deliberate purpose.

> Be warned. Your battles ahead will test you in ways you can't yet imagine. Some friends… might not survive what's coming.

The message hung in the void.

Luffy responded without hesitation:

Woah… you're joking, right?

Yuuto's eyes sharpened slightly.

> No jokes. Just truths. You're heading toward something big. Prepare yourself.

The cosmic space around him responded—stars swirling faster, as if listening.

And just like that, the journey had begun.

The Unseen Voyage

The universe he found himself in was vast—beautiful and terrifying in its silence. He had stepped into something no ordinary person should have seen. Yet here he was, the master of a digital cosmos that defied explanation.

He leaned back, gaze fixed on the luminous cascade of stars and nebulae.

His mind raced with questions: What did this all mean? Was it real? Was he dreaming? Or had he unlocked something far beyond his understanding?

He wasn't the type to believe in fate or destiny — but deep inside, he felt this was only the beginning.

A new world lay open before him.

And he was the one who could shape it.
