Shine liked to think of himself as a humble machine sure he had made himself 10ft tall and golden and was by definition better than all humans and most artificial lifeforms, but he didn't think of himself above the plight of the common man. After all he was willing to fight and die for them within moments of being born. So when he proclaimed that he was without a doubt the best armor smith in the history of his world (technically all 3-21 models are) it was the truth. Unfortunately there's only so much even the best armorsmith can do when they have one working hand and almost no equipment.
He'd made the creature's fur into a pseudo long coat filled with a thin layer of perfectium and Flooded with enough BLOOD to make it about an inch thick and stitched together with more fur. All together it looked like he was wearing a small tent but at least it covered his entire body. For a replacement head he filled in the gelationsourace's pierced skull with more BLOOD and a thin layer of perfectium and placed it over his dented and malformed head making the entire thing appear black. At this point it served no purpose other than decoration and it certainly was a downgrade in that department considering what his head used to look like.
He packages up the rest of the BLOOD and perfectium and pulls it along his back for later use all around its only 3 tons of the stuff and it takes up less than a square meter after being compressed.
If machines could weep my brothers would do so at the sight of me now, in 3 days I went from a picture of beauty to a cave man wearing bone and fur. After allowing himself the feeling of self pity for a few seconds he faced forward and ran.
Shine was no longer capable of long ranged navigation based on visual data but his memories were still intact and could be accessed at any point, thanks to that he still knew where that man made settlement he saw earlier was and how far it would take him to reach it. He raced forward this time abandoning any care he once had about silly things like "not killing wildlife" or "not burning down trees and evaporating rivers" and popped his heat shielding up to maximize where it would remain for the rest of the journey. As you would expect this meant he left a literal trail of destruction in his wake as for every mile he traveled 3 miles of wild fire was left behind.
Day one:
A string of bio weapons were tried to attack him while traveling but very few of them could actually make it past the heat shielding without painfully dying and of those few even fewer could keep pace with him, the few that overcame both these hurdles he killed with his spear and collected their cores placing them inside his chassis beside his reactor. deciding that they may be useful later and since hiding isn't an option anymore there's no harm in collecting them.
Day two:
More of the same but for the first time since arriving here night arrived, it wasn't a gradual process like one earth where it slowly disappears from the sky. Here the sun was just suddenly gone and the night lit up with stars. At least I assume the sky here has stars with my long range sensors gone. I have no way of knowing .
Day three:
It seems the bioweapons are more active and more powerful at night in the span of 24 hours since nightfall began 10 creatures able to survive the heat shielding and keep pace with me have attacked 6 were killed before they could get to close by the polonium flamethrower, another 3 died without to much trouble after I pulled the old suddenly stop and stab them in the head maneuver, but that last one was a true monster. It was a deerlike creature with translucent skin When I lit it aflame with my flame thrower it simply continued chasing me while on fire, when I pierced its skull with my spear it used the opportunity to stab me through the helmet with its horns. Finally I stopped and faced it head on, cutting off its head then removing all of its legs before gutting it, removing its core and blasting the creatures inside with radioactive flames finally killing it. The monster was actually quite weak outside of its ability to survive everything I hit it with. I considered skinning it and examining its materials but decided against it and kept moving as no part of it seemed particularly useful.
Day four:
Nights finally stopped, unlike the transition from day to night it was not instant, the level of light slowly increased over a 4 hour period, this did not lead to the bioweapons attacking me becoming less powerful or less active however. 26 managed to get past my heat shielding today 20 died to the P.F.T each of the last 6 I didn't bother using the spear on. Instead I tried tossing the cores I'd gathered earlier to see if they would chase them and it worked. It seems obvious in retrospect but I guess the reason more of them attacked me at night was because I'd started gathering cores the day before. It does make me wonder though if my chassis would be able to hide the cores energy like it contains the radiation I give off though.
Day five:
FINALLY! I cleared the last expanse of trees and finally reached the plains beyond. A trip that would have taken him two days max took 5 due to poor decision making. Unfortunately he had to stop his heat shielding and walk at subsonic pace for the last stretch of his journey towards civilization in order to not start a massive wildfire near people's homes but bioweapon attacks had ceased the instant he left the forest so he didn't have to many hang ups about it.
Finally able to take a breather shine took stock of his condition. His skull helmet was destroyed at this point 5 days of being subject to immense heat combined with the invisdeer(self named) attack had left it entirely destroyed. Luckily the layer of perfectium and insides filled with BLOOD had kept the shape stable and now his skull helmet was a skull shaped helmet made of perfectium instead with no real loss. His hooved panther hand was holding up fine to, a little too fine actually he'd have to re-examine it later because it shouldn't still be in one piece given his earlier assessment of it being 4x stronger than steel. The armor was holding up the best it had taken virtually no damage and was more than resilient enough to withstand his heat shielding for weeks at a time let alone mere days.
Finally content with his condition he continued walking forward ready to finally meet this world's inhabitants.
