Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: The Courage of the Weak

Hiro was lying on the floor, his face bruised after being hit by bullies. He tried to help another student who was being bullied, but he had no powers himself. He could only protect with his own body, and in the end, he became the victim.

In class, his friends Satou Yuga and Akira Yama chuckled quietly seeing Hiro's badly swollen face. But behind that smile, Satou felt impressed. Even though Hiro had no powers, he was brave enough to stand up to the bullies. That was no easy feat.

Satou and Akira couldn't accept Shiba's behavior—the student who bullied Hiro. Shiba had the power to turn any object into a weapon. He used that power to terrorize others.

Not long after, Shiba appeared in Hiro's classroom with an unhappy look. Satou and Akira just smiled at his arrival.

"Well done, you actually came," Satou said as he stood up.

Akira didn't wait. He immediately used his telekinesis, forcing Shiba to bow down to the floor. Shiba couldn't move. Satou then stepped forward slowly and stomped on Shiba's head.

"Don't you ever touch my friend's face again," Satou said firmly.

Suddenly, an object floated and hit Satou's face. Akira laughed, unknowingly releasing his power. Shiba stood up and punched Satou, then grabbed a chair and turned it into a sword. But Satou stayed calm, dodging attack after attack, and finally caught Shiba's hand.

He took a pencil and turned it into a sword as well. Shiba was shocked—Satou had copied his power.

Shiba's friends tried to help, but Akira quickly beat them all up. Even weak Hiro tried to help, though his body was already exhausted.

The fight between Shiba and Satou became intense. They clashed swords repeatedly. Satou smiled and said, "I know a technique you don't." Shiba was surprised, then attacked quickly. Satou waited for that moment, then suddenly shouted, "Sword Punch!" and defeated Shiba.

Akira and Hiro were shocked and shouted, "There's no such technique as 'Sword Punch,' oi!"

Shiba collapsed, bleeding from his nose. Hiro thanked his friends.

They all walked home together, laughing despite their bruised faces. But in their hearts, their friendship had grown even stronger.
