Percival let out an exhausted sigh. He wasn't exactly having the best time. "Well, you've already killed everything except the boss."
He looked farther into the cavern. "So… are you planning on finishing it off, or…?"
Ethan shook his head. "No. We can't kill the boss yet. It anchors this Breach Zone. If it dies, the dimensional gap will begin collapsing."
Percival nodded in understanding.
Hayley, on the other hand, simply walked over to a nearby boulder and sat down.
While Percival continued wandering around the cavern, Ethan made his way toward one of the glowing walls.
Once again, he placed a palm against it and slowly ran his fingers across its surface.
Hayley watched him for a while before finally asking, "You've been doing that ever since we came in. What exactly are you checking for?"
