In a cemetery on the western side of Phoenix Mountain, disciples gathered in droves to pay their respects.
Later generations lit up special white paper money that remained burning despite the rain. Thin blue smoke rose, seemingly connecting with the netherworld, as if the offerings truly reached their beloved ancestors.
This was the sect's communal cemetery. Tens of thousands of stone tablets were orderly arranged, carved with many familiar names: Green River Water, Guo Fei, Li Dong, Yan Han... Among them, one grave was unique, as the person buried there was not a disciple—this marked the only exception.
Du Yun and Du Hui, the siblings, stood silently before the gravestone with their descendants. Only when the paper money was fully consumed by the flames did they leave the site.
