Akiol wasn't a stranger to fighting massively outnumbered. His adventure in A World's Legacy was proof of this. However, this was Third Stage enemies. Many with strange and powerful abilities. Considering the west's usage of items to give them an advantage, Akiol was positive he was about to get hit with a wave of debuffs.
However, this was also a fantastic outcome. With this many Third Stage players coming to hunt him specifically there should be no one targeting Mira or Givale.
