Today, Belobog gained another striking spectacle:

It was...

the grand sight of Bochang flying through the sky with Cocolia and Bailu.

All three stood upon the sword.

Cocolia led at the front, followed by Bailu, and Bochang brought up the rear—just like yesterday.

Holding someone aloft with his arm, as he had done with Stelle, wasn't practical for carrying three passengers. Additionally, Bochang wanted to avoid any misunderstandings; if people from Belobog saw him flying with the former Great Guardian cradled in his arms, rumors would undoubtedly spread uncontrollably. When Stelle and March 7th returned later, it could lead to complications.

Bochang preferred to be proactive. Sometimes, the "Dating Options" system didn't trigger prompts, so he had to rely on his own judgment.

Of course...

They weren't standing unprotected on the Cyber Sword. Using the Invisible Hand, Bochang created a barrier serving as a guardrail to ensure everyone's safety—a literal reminder to hold on tight.

Witnessing this scene, Pela near the window couldn't help but gasp aloud.

Bronya, nearby, was deep in thought about how to handle the opposing Architect when she heard Pela's exclamation. Looking up, she asked, "What is it, Pela?"

"I... I think I just saw Mrs. Cocolia, Bochang, and Bailu flying in the sky."

In the blink of an eye, the trio vanished.

"Mrs. Cocolia and Bochang flying in the sky? Are you sure you didn't missee something? Doesn't Bochang usually rest in the afternoon? How could..." Bronya couldn't believe it.

Pela looked puzzled and said, "I'm not certain either; perhaps I did mistake it."

Cocolia had yet to inform Bronya about the Antimatter Legion's sighting, as they aimed to prevent public panic by withholding the information temporarily from most citizens.

Of course...

This secret wouldn't remain hidden for long.

It should reach Bronya's ears soon enough.

During their flight, Cocolia gripped both Invisible Hands tightly, recalling how she was once bound by these very same forces. A myriad of emotions surged through her mind.

Her former enemy had now become a reliable teammate.

With Bochang beside her, Cocolia felt a sense of profound reassurance.

Due to Bailu's small size,

With two and a half passengers on the Cyber Sword, their speed remained relatively swift.

After flying for several minutes, the trio arrived at the northern city wall. According to reports, the location where the massive Antimatter Legion was spotted lay beyond the northern snowfield.

Indeed, numerous ice-encased monsters could be seen in that direction.

Currently...

The Silvermane Guards stationed here were already preparing for battle.

As Bochang descended with Cocolia and Bailu from high above...

A Silvermane officer promptly approached them.

This officer, named Dunn, wore heavy armor, wielding a long spear and a large shield, exuding an imposing presence.

For some reason,

Bochang sensed a hint of hostility emanating from Officer Dunn.

His Spider Sense triggered a warning signal.

Bochang narrowed his eyes, remaining silent but curious about what might have provoked such animosity.

Dunn's gaze fell upon the former Great Guardian.

"Mrs. Cocolia... What should we do next?"

Regarding this predicament, Cocolia had no immediate solution either. She simply turned to Bochang and said, "All of this...we must entrust to you, Mister Bochang."

"Hmm... I'll first go assess the situation outside before deciding on further actions."

From Cocolia's explanation, Bochang only gleaned that they faced a large contingent of Antimatter Legion soldiers.

However, the exact number remained unknown to him.

Naturally, he needed to personally observe the situation. If it was within his capabilities to handle, he would take care of it. But if it exceeded his abilities, he would have no choice but to seek reinforcements from Xianzhou Luofu.

General Jing Yuan likely wouldn't refuse such a small request; in fact, he might eagerly anticipate engaging with the Antimatter Legion...

"Mrs. Cocolia, surely we can't...rely solely on outsiders?" Dunn gritted his teeth, speaking hesitantly.

Cocolia's gaze sharpened, her deep yet dazzling purple eyes flickering slightly.

"Mister Bochang is not an outsider, Officer Dunn. From today onwards, he is the curator of Belobog's History and Culture Museum. We are all part of the same family; please refrain from using such distant language."

"Also... Where's Gepard?" Cocolia scanned the area but couldn't spot any trace of the Silvermane Guard commander nearby.

Logically speaking, he should have been stationed here.

Dunn replied, "Mrs. Cocolia, moments ago, sporadic Antimatter Legion soldiers appeared in the eastern snowfield... Commander Gepard has already gone to resist them."

"Do you need me to assist?"

Bochang extended his hand.

Cocolia declined, "No assistance is required. Since it's only sporadic Antimatter Legion soldiers, Gepard can handle it." As she spoke, Cocolia deliberately emphasized the word 'sporadic.'

She harbored doubts about whether Gepard truly went to the eastern snowfield.

Perhaps...

Gepard simply didn't want to encounter Bochang, considering this fellow had whisked away her sister Serval.

Sensing something subtle, Dunn's expression shifted, but with his helmet obscuring him, no one could discern his reaction.

"Alright, I'll go assess the situation first. If it's manageable, I'll handle it; otherwise, we'll discuss further options," Bochang replied casually, waving his hand.

Under the radiant sunlight, his profile gleamed brilliantly. Whether it was his tousled hair, handsome features, or confident tone, each aspect struck deeply into Cocolia's heart.

Her heartbeat quickened, and a blush spread across her delicate face.

"Let's go, Bailu."

He gently took hold of the little dragon girl, and using the Cyber Sword, Bochang soared into the sky like a shooting star heading towards the outside world.

Left behind, Cocolia watched enviously as Bailu flew nestled in Bochang's arms.

"No, no... What am I thinking?!" Cocolia felt unsettled, her emotions spiraling out of control.

She had managed to suppress these feelings before meeting Bochang, but now she found herself struggling to maintain composure.

"I wasn't like this before. Has he done something to me?" Cocolia plunged deep into self-doubt.

As Bochang and Bailu took flight, Dunn immediately whispered, "Mrs. Cocolia, can we truly place our hopes on them?"

"What choice do we have?" After Bochang's departure, Cocolia regained her cool demeanor. "Dunn, you should learn how to properly treat Belobog's esteemed guests. Once this incident is resolved, write a self-reflection report upon your return."

"As ordered, Mrs. Cocolia." Dunn responded with his head bowed.

The former Great Guardian's authority weighed heavily; Dunn dared not defy Cocolia's command, knowing fully well he had offended Bochang.

However...

Dunn remained unconvinced.

Mid-flight,

Bailu remarked, "Something seemed off about that Cocolia just now."

"Indeed, but I doubt she harbors any ill intent."

Bochang also sensed it initially, thinking Cocolia merely wanted to curry favor with him. Only moments ago did he realize:

Perhaps the situation was different from what he imagined.

"I beat her up so severely before, yet why... Could Cocolia be a masochist?"
