Ivy River started the car and waved out the window, "Help me tell Dad that I'll visit him next time I'm back."
"Alright, hurry up and go, drive safely on the road."
Jonah Wiles waved and turned away, not looking at Ivy River.
Ivy looked at him through the rearview mirror. Jonah's figure stood there like a deity, yet very lonely.
She held back her tears, "I'll call my brother later and explain, don't be upset, Dad. I'm leaving!"
After the car drove off.
Jonah turned around. His expression was indifferent, and his eyes were dull.
Upon closer inspection.
You could still see some tears hanging in his eyes.
Just after Ivy's car left, Callum Taylor's car steadily stopped at the door.
"Old Wiles, why are you standing at the door? Are you here to welcome me specially?"
Jonah didn't respond, secretly turning to wipe away his tears.
