Aurora James - POV
"Nothing. I am exhausted since I didn't have a proper sleep from last night." Zander answered, but I had this feeling that he was hiding something from me. Ever since he came back from that bar, he had been distant.
"Okay," I said and made my way to my side of the bed.
"Aurora."
"Hmm," I said as I took my pillow and fluffed it.
"You didn't tell me you forgave me about yesterday's incident," he said, which stopped me from what I was doing.
"I don't think I could forgive you for everything, Zander. If you could answer what that void meant, then maybe I could forgive you. Even though you reassure me that you didn't cheat on me, I have this uneasy feeling within me, Zander." I told him as I turned around to face him. "Goodnight," I said as I placed my pillow back on the bed and lay down.
