It was late in the evening. The sky had long turned black, and Felix was getting ready to go to sleep. He wanted to wait for Remi at first, but since the fox still hasn't showed up, even though it's been so long since the Bloodmoon Pack arrived, Felix decided it was time to go to bed. He stopped in place, listening.
And there it was again. Not knocking, just tapping. Somewhat soft, but at the same time, too forceful to be accidental. It didn't sound like rain either, more like… an animal tapping on the door with its paws.
