Scene: Class A - Occult Section - Graduate Building
Unusually, the classroom was surrounded by walls of magical, translucent glass, projecting the surrounding energies as light that changed every second.
The students here were not ordinary. Most of them possessed strange characteristics: unfamiliar colored eyes, symbols etched into their skin, or auras that trembled like meteors.
Yet, everyone was looking at Nava, who sat in the back seat by the window. He didn't speak, didn't move much, and his violet eyes stared up at the sky as if it were another story.
The teacher entered the classroom—Teacher Telsa.
She was tall, wearing a gray cloak with gold threads, and her hair was as white as snow despite her young face.
Her footsteps were soft, but they carried a heavy weight on the hearts of those present.
Telsa (in a quiet but dignified voice):
Good morning, Meridian Elite... You are the only class in the Occult Section. That means you are an exception... or a curse, I don't know yet.
Then she looked directly at Nava.
Telsa:
A new boy among us. Kuro Nava, can you introduce yourself?
He looked at her for a moment.
Then he stood up slowly, his voice toneless... as if the words were coming out of nowhere:
Nava:
Kuru Nava. I have no hobbies. I came to be bored. Don't ask me about my past, it's too long to tell, too long to understand.
There was silence.
Then one of the students laughed sarcastically:
Arrogant student (red hair and fiery aura):
You speak like the hero of an ancient novel... Oh, wait, are you going to say you were the Demon King?
Nava smiled... but it was a smile devoid of any emotion.
He raised a finger at the student, then said calmly:
Nava:
You're burning inside. Your heart contains a cracked fire... If you don't control it within a month, you'll burn yourself out before you burn anyone else.
There was silence again.
The student lost his smile, became confused, and then sat down.
Telsa (with a small smile):
That's enough... Nava, sit down. I advise everyone not to try to measure depths with their fingers.
Then the class began...
She was talking about higher energy transformations and controlling elemental forces, but Nava didn't write anything down.
A curious student sitting next to him (with golden eyes and ink-black hair):
You're strange... Can you see energies directly?
He replied without looking at her:
Nava:
I don't just see them... I hear their screams, their dialogue, and the moment of their first formation.
She was silent, but she felt a shiver.
Then everyone heard a loud bell—announcing a field test in three days.
Telsa:
First survival test—you'll be locked in an imaginary dome for 24 hours... I won't explain what's inside. Just come back alive.
Nava looked out the window, then whispered:
Nava:
Maybe... this would be a little fun.
