Anger had consumed Yamile and Zhao's hearts. They were deeply worried that something terrible might happen to Biacca and Marten. That's why they immediately set their rescue plan into motion.
But this was exactly the trap prepared by the Split Sun group. They intentionally displayed Biacca and Marten as if they were about to hang themselves, in order to lure Yamile and Zhao out.
Kido was the mastermind behind it all. He was truly skilled in crafting war strategies. Yamile and Zhao would definitely fall into his trap. The Kalanak horde, two bald men, and Kido himself were ready to fight to the death to kill the siblings.
"Good evening, Biacca and Marten," Kido greeted. The two teens immediately turned toward him, fear on their faces.
"Who are you? Please let me and Marten go," Biacca said softly.
Several of the Kalanak who heard this burst out laughing. Their laughter echoed until it made Kido lose his temper. Once again, he had to unleash a bit of his power, waving his hand to summon a large flame.
Seeing this, Biacca and Marten grew even more terrified.
"Sorry! Uncle's not evil, that was just a magic trick," Kido said with a smile.
"You have to stay here until the people I'm looking for show up—and die," he added.
Biacca and Marten suffered greatly, not just mentally but also physically. Their necks were tied with ropes, as if they were about to be hanged. Even worse, they had to keep their balance while their feet and hands were bound, standing on a small, wobbly chair. Losing balance meant death.
They kept crying in fear. Their bodies were already exhausted from trying to maintain their balance. Seeing this, Kido felt satisfied and laughed out loud.
"Don't fall, or you'll die before your rescuers arrive," he mocked.
Kido finally left Biacca and Marten but assigned one of his guards to stay near them.
He also ordered tighter security—every part of the warehouse had to be guarded. No one was allowed in. If Yamile and Zhao did show up, the guards were to laugh loudly, a signal that the battle had begun.
Kido now sat comfortably on his plush sofa, waiting for the show to start. Two beautiful women in sexy clothing accompanied him, treating him like a king. He was being pampered.
"I can't wait to see that demon Niroki die. I won't let you escape this time," he said, laughing loudly.

Yamile and Zhao were racing against time—they had to save Biacca and Marten quickly. But both were unsure what strategy to use, since the enemies were many and terrifyingly powerful.
Defeating so many Kalanak in one place was no easy task. Not to mention the two muscular bald men, who likely had demonic powers. Yamile and Zhao didn't know what abilities they had. Attacking blindly could lead to a foolish death.
This dilemma sparked a long argument between Yamile and Zhao. Zhao wanted to launch a direct attack, but Yamile preferred to use a guerrilla strategy again. The Kalanak needed to be lured away from the warehouse to make defeating them easier.
"If we go with that plan, we might as well sleep now. Biacca and Marten will die if we take too long," Zhao snapped.
In the middle of their confusion, Niroki appeared again. Yamile's left eye slowly turned green. But Yamile struggled to resist Niroki from taking over her body again.
"Arrgh, don't take over my body again!" Yamile said firmly.
"What's going on?" Zhao asked, panicked, seeing his sister in pain.
"I need to speak with Zhao. Trust me, I want to give him something," Niroki tried to persuade Yamile.
"I don't trust you," Yamile replied. She slowly regained control of her body, her eye gradually returning to a normal human white.
"I'll give Zhao a demon weapon," Niroki added.
This shocked Yamile and made her lose control again. Her eye turned green in an instant, and her demeanor completely changed. She now looked graceful and regal—like a true queen.
"Zhao! If you attack them now, you'll die. That weapon of yours won't help much," Niroki said.
The words sounded insulting, but they actually made sense. Fighting demonic forces was no easy feat. Relying only on a sniper rifle could be suicidal.
"Remember! Kalanak are low-level demons, and there's bound to be a powerful demon there that won't be killed by your bullets," Niroki explained.
Zhao listened intently. "Then what should I do? Just surrender and let Biacca and Marten die?"
"I will lend you a weapon," Niroki said. Then she summoned a sword that suddenly appeared in her hand. The sword was mesmerizing—black and incredibly sharp.
"This is a demon sword from my realm. Anyone struck by it will be severely wounded."
Zhao was fascinated by the sword. It radiated a dark aura, yet it was stunning.
"Use it to fight. With your combat skills, you'll defeat them easily," Niroki said and threw the sword to Zhao.
Zhao caught it immediately. His hand trembled as he held the sword. This black sword seemed to carry a massive energy that, if unleashed, could be devastating to any enemy.
Niroki then disappeared, and Yamile came to her senses again. "Are you sure about this?"
"Yes! There's no more time to think—we have to save Biacca and Marten now," Zhao answered firmly.
Yamile agreed, knowing this was their best shot. They had to act fast before it was too late.
They finalized their assault strategy. Zhao would shoot the ropes binding Biacca and Marten to free them from the brink of death. Meanwhile, Yamile would launch a frontal assault to distract the enemies.
"Don't die!" Zhao said as Yamile prepared to move, circling around to attack from the warehouse's side.
"I won't! Catch up quickly—our powers double when we fight together," Yamile replied and ran off.
Zhao was now close to the warehouse—about 500 meters away. He hid in the darkness between two buildings.
He took a deep breath, calming his mind for a perfect shot. He pulled the rifle's trigger hard. The sharp bullet shot through the air silently, almost noiselessly.
The shot hit its mark. The rope binding Biacca snapped. The high school girl collapsed onto the floor.
Moments later, chaos erupted. Yamile had begun a fierce attack. The Kalanak immediately swarmed her.
This was Zhao's chance to fire again—this time at the rope binding Marten. He quickly pulled the trigger, sending another bullet flying fast.
But strangely, the bullet bounced off as if it had hit an invisible wall. "What the…?" Zhao muttered in shock.
He didn't give up. He kept firing, but every bullet kept bouncing back.
"Damn it!" Zhao shouted, furious.
