Chapter: 11, Brought back Skills
At the lifted platform, Emperor Ray stood at the middle, Saintess Lily and Arcadius at the side with many officials of the Kaiser Empire in the back. Emperor Ray announced.
"Honored Future Heroes, evaluating your attributes and the skills you have displayed after, we have created three categories of training plans. The first one is 'Blunt Combat', for those whose class and skills mostly rely on physical strength or blunt weapons, like sword, blade, etc.
"For the next category is 'Mana Combat', for those whose classes are mostly related to magic, curse, dark magic and other things that mostly need mana.
"The last category is the 'Special Category' for those whose class and skills are mostly unique and either fits both previous categories or fits none at all. This category will have only seven people, Hero Aldric and Hestia. Dark Knight Caspian and Azaria. Sage Penelope and Kieran and lastly Dreamer Dainsleif. I don't think I need to explain why Dreamer Dainsleif is in the 'Special Category'."
Everyone understood. They definitely are smart enough to know his peculiar traits need special evaluation.
Ray then looked at the three girls who didn't look any better than undead; his heart trembled, unable to understand why those three looked so gloomy, disheartened, despaired and most of all, so dead…
"hnhh… So let us go back and rest. From tomorrow onwards, you all will start your training in each of your respective categories. Dismiss"
With those words, everyone returned to their rooms.
After reaching his room, Dain lay on his bed, confused as to how he got the flaw that forced him to be stuck at level 100 in his previous life. He then opened his Status window.

[Loveless] Description: "Love is sometimes sweet and warm and sometimes bitter and painful. But it is regrettable that you can feel neither of those, for you have decided not to."
"Huh? A flaw and there appeared a percent bar on the skill?" Dain muttered slowly. He laughed self-deprecatingly. A flaw that he desperately longed for in his previous life, to finally breakthrough and catch up to his fellow classmates.
But now, he got a flaw without even having to try. Now he wasn't tied to that bottleneck that had haunted him for four whole years. Something in his heart made him excited.
He was the first one to reach level 100. How? When he was the weakest of them all? Obviously it was because of his attribute, [Prodigy].
He was able to create a secret technique that increased his leveling up speed. Thinking about those techniques, Dain remembered how those worked and soon a new entry appeared in his status window.
[STATUS WINDOW]

[Additional Information]
Why the hell are You, The one who did the Impossible, back?!
[End of Information]
Like he remembered, The Innate skills are only two, but the external skill can be as many as he creates. He then looked at those descriptions he personally gave.
[EXP Converter] Skill Description: "A vile and inhumane skill that could even appear in this world. But somehow it isn't an evil skill. Using this, you can convert life force into EXP."
He laughed lightly. A skill that can turn the life force of other creatures into EXP, too bad he was the only one who could use it at that time. He then looked at the next skill, proud at the description.
[Passive EXP] Skill Description: "The perfect skill for Lazy people, its creator is also one of those. It just collects the faint life force of the planet and slowly turns them into EXP."
This one was comparable to an S-rank skill in this world, too bad that to Dain, it could only be counted as an inferior B-tier Skill. Yes, it would've been a great blessing to the people of Imarion, only if they could learn it.
If a skill that feeds on the planet's life force, then the world wouldn't even need the demons to intervene, the world itself would destroy itself. It wasn't much of a drag since he was the only one in the previous life using it.
Anyway, with those two skills alone, Dain was able to reach level 100 in less than a year, about a year before Hestia reached that level, after another year, most of the class had reached that level.
He saw the EXP bar slowly fill up at a speed of 0.01% per second. Yes it is fast but the exp needed to level up in the latter stages would be astronomical, so this speed is actually very slow to reach level 100 in just a year.
If he only relied on this skill and waited patiently to reach level 100, then it would take about 50 years to reach level 100. Obviously among the two, the [EXP Converter] was much more efficient.
Dain had a sudden enlightenment and used [Envisioning]. Soon, the skill took effect.
Now, both of these skills can be learned by other people, but with one restriction each.
The [EXP Converter] skill can be used on every other living being, but not on someone who is of the same race as the user of this skill. It was to make sure nobody used this skill for murder of the peaceful race. About the people of other races? It would only be counted as a national dispute and might cause war.
Anyway, the restriction of the [Passive EXP] skill is that, in the entire world of Imarion, only seven people can learn and use this skill. Dain himself was counted as one, so only six people aside from him can use this skill.
As to which six people the Empire would hand this kill to, it was none of his concern.
