Small Chapter ahead, enjoy:)

It's been a week since I was thrown into this world. I've been surviving in this forest thanks to a few lucky pulls from the gacha.
Emergency Ration gave me enough food for five days.
Unassuming Presence lets me blend into the background, making me invisible to predators.
And Common Sense... well, it's exactly what it sounds like—though surprisingly helpful.
"Hmmm… I haven't checked my status in a few days. I wonder if anything's changed."
Let's see…

"Whoa! Assimilation's gone up to 10%?"
So even if I don't actively act like Loid, it still increases? Slow, but steady progress, I guess.
Loid's a spy, right? That probably means he has survival skills. So maybe this forest life is syncing up with his experience.
But how exactly does assimilation work? Do I gain his skills? His memories? Do we merge?
I haven't seen any of his memories—yet. So maybe I'm only inheriting his abilities for now. But if the memories do come, what happens to me?
No. I'm overthinking. I'll be fine… right?
Anyway, I still don't know where I am. My plan is to explore the forest for a month and wait for the next gacha spin. I need to be ready for anything—whether this is a peaceful slice-of-life world or something far more dangerous.
So… time to explore.
---
{One week later}
I've made good progress. My map—hand-drawn on scraps of bark and leftover cloth—is finally starting to resemble something useful. I've marked out watering holes, three predator dens (all avoided), and one moss-covered ruin with carvings I couldn't decipher.
My body's changed—not visibly, but I can feel it. Climbing, running, sleeping in the dirt… I'm stronger, faster. Calmer under pressure. More… composed.
Yes, I've got the sigma male mindset now.
.....What? Don't judge me.
I'm cautious too.
I move silently—my steps barely disturb the forest floor. I've started setting traps, not just for food, but as alarms. I'm not alone out here.
A few days back, I saw them. People—or something close. Maybe bandits. Hooded, lightly armored, speaking a foreign tongue. They were fast. They killed a beast in under ten seconds.
Adventurers maybe. I thought to myself.
I wanted to approach—but instinct said no. Unassuming Presence kept me hidden, but if they had magic? No thanks.
After they left, I inspected the beast they'd slain.
That's when I found it—a crystal. Faintly glowing, pulsing like a heartbeat.
A mana core, maybe? If this world runs on magic, then I just found my first real clue.
I stashed it in my backpack.
"Character Sheet," I said.
A blue screen appeared.

Character Sheet
[Character Assimilation: Loid Forger (20%)]
---
Another 10% increase. Seems like just surviving out here is enough to fuel assimilation. At this rate, it might complete within the month.
That's good. The stronger I become, the better my odds. Maybe the forest can accelerate this process. Though I should be careful—the deeper I go, the deadlier it gets.

{One month later}
Time moved on. And so did I.
Days blurred into nights, and nights into dreams—half-remembered, half-feared. But I kept going. Kept surviving.
It's been a month.
I've mapped almost a third of the forest—the safer zones, anyway. The deeper areas? They sound different. Predators that don't leave tracks. Whispers in the wind that feel… wrong. I steer clear. For now.
My traps have evolved. One caught a serpent the size of a small horse. Another snared something I can only describe as a shadow with teeth. I didn't stick around to find out more.
Training has become second nature. Climbing, running, hunting, evading. I glide through trees like a ghost—quicker, quieter, sharper.
Sometimes, I speak in Loid's voice without realizing. Sometimes, I think like him.
Memories have started to surface—brief flashes of training, tactics, reflexes. His skills, his muscle memory. It's like… we've merged.
And it shows.

It's done.
I don't just have spy skills—I am the spy now. I move like one. Talk like one. I feel like I could lie my way into—or out of—anything. My disguises? Flawless.
It's time. I'm ready to leave this forest.
To finally figure out where the hell I am.
But first—
"It's Gacha Time."
Yeah…
Let's see what fate has in store for me.
I called up the gacha screen and mentally hit the spin button.
It whirled.
And the results were—

And I posted this chapter because I had little free time .
Anyways, what do you think about the chapter any suggestions, and give me gacha ideas which are not too op.
