Yuu Izumi happened to be near Takeru and tripped over the the grocery bag that fell out of Takeru's hands, causing him to fall toward the mini singularity the Reiatsu bead implosion created and the small suction force from the singularity pulled Yuu closer to it. Once his body touched it, poof! Gone just like that... ≫
