After freshening up and getting food from the lady at the reception counter, for the last coin I had, I head out to meet Sarah and her party.... "Wait where was I supposed to meet her? I don't know anything about the town. Goddd!! Why did I not ask her..... I guess i should find the Protector's Guild? I go back and ask the receptionist about the guild and she gives me the directions.
On my way there I see a lot of interesting shops and stalls. People were selling swords, armor, potions, and what appeared to be skill token. Welll.. the prices were too high though.. 3 bronze coins for 1 basic skill token. Adding more questions to the list for Sarah, I keep walking until I reach the protector's guild. The Protector's Guild was a huge building. I waited outside for Sarah while looking at the quest board.

"What are you looking at there Jay? You can't take the quests." I hear Sarah's reply as she approaches me.
"Uh.. Is it because I am not a protector? Can I enroll to be one though?"
"Aghh hold your horses. I know you still have many questions. But first meet my friends and party members. Max and Cleo, Max is the Party Leader."
I look at the pair behind Sarah, Max looks to be a guy with a strong, muscular build, broad shoulders, and a tall frame. He has short and orange hairs. His features are sharp, with a strong jawline. He seems to be very confident and has a determined look. Cleo on the other hand... is an oddity..., she is a person who seems to be half-human and half-cat..? Cat-folk I guess? She has sleek, fur covered ear, sharp eyes, and a furred tail. Her fur appears to have a smooth silver color.
"Hello Max and Cleo! I am Jay Chawla, Nice to meet you." I greet them.
"Hello Jay, How was your first day in this wor--town? Did Sarah tell you about us? We have been here for a while now, so if you want I can help you with all the queries. And if you want to enroll to be a Protector, you can just go inside the building and take the test. It will be about your adaptability and Resonator abilities, though you do need all of the resonators to apply." Max replied in a confident voice.
"Oh, well that's a shame, I only have 2 of them. Oh that reminds me of even more of my questions."
"Hiyaa Jay! Did you sleep well? Sleep is important you know." Cleo talked in an excited and childish manner.
"Yes I did sleep well. Thanks for asking."
"Anyways guys, Let's go somewhere and answer his questions no? How about the training rooms? We can get a space to talk and show Jay some cool tricks as well" Sarah suggested.
And so, we went inside the protector's guild and made our way to the training rooms. As the name suggests, the place has many rooms that the Protector's can use to train individually or in groups. The place was free to use for all the enrolled protectors. The room itself looked completely plain and was surrounded by thick metallic walls, probably to withstand any damage during the trainings. Though the room appeared plain, there was a control panel that could be used to change the terrain of the room, summon dummy monsters and even to use as a battle conductor.
Max made the room into an outdoor sitting area with comfortable chairs. After everyone was seated, I started asking them questions I had.
