"Squeak"

In Paddock No. 11, a live pig was slowly lowered into the enclosure by a crane.

Completely unaware of the danger, the pig wandered about the unfamiliar environment, snuffling through the soil in search of food.

Suddenly, a faint rustle swept through the tall grass.

From within the dense vegetation, two dinos silently stalked forward, flanking the pig from both sides.

Their curved claws gleamed with a deadly chill.

"Shhh!!"

In the next instant, the larger male lunged with explosive speed.

He closed the distance in a heartbeat, his powerful legs propelling him forward as he pounced!

"Shhhhhhh!!"

The pig had no time to react.

In a flash, she was slammed to the ground, squealing in panic, kicking and struggling desperately to escape.

But the predator didn't give her a chance.

His massive jaws opened wide—nearly 90 degrees—revealing rows of serrated, dagger-like teeth.

With a brutal snap, he bit deep into her neck.

The force of the bite was devastating.

A huge chunk of flesh tore from the sow's thick, fatty neck.

Her carotid artery burst, spraying blood like a fountain.

She let out a final wail of agony.

At the same time, the female closed in from the side.

She opened her jaws and clamped down on the pig's belly, ripping it open.

Intestines and viscera spilled out in a mess of color and gore.

Moments later, the paddock fell silent.

The pig lay motionless in a pool of her own blood—now nothing more than a meal for the two predators.

These two dinos were, of course, Jack and Gray.

As time passed, their bond grew closer.

Though born seconds apart, Jack hatched first, making him the elder brother.

Gray, naturally, was the younger sister.

Over the past three months, they had experienced a rapid growth phase.

Gray had reached a body length of 1.5 meters and weighed around 100 kilograms.

Jack, on the other hand, had surpassed 3 meters in length, stood 1.5 meters tall, and weighed over half a ton.

His body was covered in tough, iron-like scales and bulging muscles—his frame radiated raw power and primal instinct.

His sickle-shaped claws, now half a meter long, gleamed with a metallic sheen.

They were sharp and deadly.

Inside his bloodstained jaws, rows of barbed, shark-like teeth had become sharper and more densely packed.

Every bite was a trap: once they sank into flesh, escape was impossible.

He was a living meat grinder.

[You hunted a pig and gained five gene points.]

[Domestic Pig Gene "Fat and Strong LV1" available. Extract this gene?]

"Fat and strong?"

Jack paused. If he absorbed pig genes, he might end up bloated and slow.

He quickly dismissed the idea.

Lately, the food they received wasn't limited to butchered meat—humans had started offering live prey: pigs, sheep, chickens, and other livestock.

Jack welcomed the change. Hunting provided him with more gene points, which he could use to extract genetic abilities.

Unfortunately, the genes of livestock were mostly useless—traits like "fat and strong," or "wool growth."

Jack refused to waste points on such mediocre upgrades.

"Continue upgrading [Rapid Growth]," he thought.

He mentally applied his newly earned 5 points to the squid gene's [Rapid Growth] trait.

[Squid Gene "Rapid Growth LV2" upgraded to LV3. Growth speed increased to 3x.]

[Rapid Growth LV3 (0/100)]

Now, at level 3, Jack's growth rate has tripled.

Over the past three months, he had also upgraded all his other genetic traits to level 2.

His bite force, speed, claws, and teeth improved significantly.

His camouflage, infrared sensing, and heat detection abilities had also become more refined, with a wider detection range.

At this point, Jack could easily take down apex predators like lions, tigers, leopards, or bears.

But that wasn't enough.

His real enemies weren't wild animals—they were humans.

In Jurassic World, the group responsible for monitoring and managing Jack and Gray was the Asset Containment Unit.

Their job was to oversee and control the park's most valuable and dangerous "assets."

The Asset Containment Unit was equipped with trained professionals who primarily used non-lethal weapons to handle emergencies.

However, in extreme situations, they were authorized to use live ammunition.

In addition to them, there was also Hoskins' private mercenary group, which had long been eyeing the potential of using dinosaurs for military applications.

Most of these mercenaries were former military personnel, seasoned in combat and security operations.

They were heavily armed, with everything from high-powered firearms to helicopters and armored vehicles, making them a serious threat.

Jack knew he would only attempt to escape the enclosure when he was truly ready and strong enough to confront armed humans head-on.

Until then, he would remain hidden, growing stronger in secret.

The pig, weighing at least 300 pounds, was devoured in no time by Jack and Gray.

Suddenly, Jack's acute heat-sensing ability detected movement near the observation deck. Someone was watching them.

It was Dr. Wu, accompanied by a fat, broad-shouldered man with a military demeanor—Vic Hoskins. He was the head of the private mercenary force.

"Dr. Wu," Hoskins said, eyes fixed on the feeding pair below, "you've created the most perfect killing machines in the world. But these two Indominus rex hatched at the same time—so why's there such a huge difference in size?"

His voice was full of awe. He had witnessed the entire hunt, and the brutal efficiency of the Indominus siblings had left him thrilled.

"I incorporated squid DNA into their genome to accelerate growth," Dr. Wu replied, arms crossed as he watched.

"From the current results, it seems the male has a higher expression of those genes. That may explain his rapid development."

In truth, Dr. Wu was still uncertain.

But it was the most reasonable explanation he could offer.

"Even better," Hoskins grinned.

"Faster growth means less training time. We could field an entire Indominus army in months."

These two Indominus rex were the first experimental models developed by Dr. Wu.

Officially, they were just new attractions in Jurassic World.

In secret, however, they were prototypes for militarized bio-weapons.

If their performance continued to meet expectations, Dr. Wu was prepared to begin mass production, creating an army of Indominus rex to be used in future conflicts.

And it wasn't just about dinosaurs anymore.

Across the globe, unrest was spreading.

Monsters—real ones—were surfacing.

In San Francisco, a group of highly intelligent chimpanzees had risen in rebellion, leading an assault across the Golden Gate Bridge before vanishing into the forests, forming an organized ape tribe.

In Chicago, three mutated beasts—transformed by exposure to illegal biochemical agents—were laying waste to the city: a massive albino gorilla, a winged wolf, and a grotesque, towering crocodile.

To the north of the Great Wall, a meteorite had crashed to Earth.

From it emerged a mythical creature once thought to exist only in ancient tales—the Taotie Beast King, who began spawning legions of ravenous beast soldiers, consuming everything in their path and expanding like a living plague.

Elsewhere, explorers discovered a strange, uncharted place called Skull Island, home to an ecosystem of unimaginable beasts.

And in the depths of the Pacific Ocean, the existence of Godzilla was finally confirmed.

Soon after, other prehistoric Titans started rising.
