Sitting by the furnace I just kept thinking about the situation I'm now in. What should I be doing and what are my future goals.
"A thought came to my head," I said while chewing on a piece of warm Pork Chop. "Is there any more Princess or Prince or just the ones you told me about?"
Silk tilted her head thoughtfully, sitting by the Furnace where the fire's glow warmed the cavern walls. "Well there is one more, but she's not really talked about. She and her Mobs aren't the main ones here."
My curiosity spiked. "Who is he or she and why isn't she mentioned much?"
"Her name is Ink," Silk replied. "She's the Princess of Squids."
" Woah did you just Squids does she have alot of tentacles or something?" I blinked. "How come she's not talked about?"
"Because she's elusive and no she looks just like most other princess. Princess Ink spends her days and nights swimming in the lakes or oceans. Sometimes she goes into the underwater caves, way below where sunlight can't reach and doesn't really like to interact with others much." Silk stirred the Furnace coals absently.
"So, she's not important because she doesn't show herself?"
Silk gave a small, sad shrug. "Yes. She alienates herself from the rest of us. Even the other Princesses barely know her. It's like she's haunting her own kingdom."
"Hmm. That's kinda sad I wonder if she really just wants to be alone or is just scared to interact with others," I muttered.
Before the silence could settle in too deep, Silk perked up with a smile. "Your second Pork Chops are ready!"
She pulled it from the Furnace and handed it to me. I was surprised it wasn't scorching hot. Just comfortably warm. The smell made my mouth water this smell better than any pork chops I have had on earth.
"Thank you," I said, returning her smile. I bit in, savoring the smoky, savory flavor. "Wow these taste amazing I've never had any type of pork chops like this"
I washed it down with a sip from the glass bottle filled with water, then looked back at Silk. "Hey, Silk. What's the deal with Andr wanting me to stare into her eyes it's like she wants more then just to claim me as her own?"
Her smile faded instantly. "Alright let me tell you about her. And those scary Endermen."
I nodded. "Okay. I'm listening."
"Andr and her Endermen only come out at night," Silk said softly. "They don't like being in the Sun what so ever."
"Like vampires or something come to think about it most creatures I have seen don't be out in the sun only you how come?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Exactly like those vampires or whatever you're talking about," she said. "But they're not really hostile. Not unless you look them in the eyes then they get really angry and make disturbing noises."
"Why do they freak out when you do, seems kinds werid?"
"Because when you do, you're challenging them. That's how they see it, it's instinctual almost sacred to them. But if you avoid eye contact, they consider you submissive, non threatening, and they'll leave you alone acting passive for the most part."
"What about Andr herself she seemed like she really want me to look her in the eyes?"
"Same rule applies," Silk confirmed. "But she's clever. She tricked you."
"Yeah she said she'd hurt me if I didn't look in her eyes."
Silk frowned. "She was bluffing. She can't hurt you if you don't look, it's like she can't or something I don't know endermen are strange like that. But if you do well that's her opening. Once you looked, she had her chance."
"Umm She hurt me and then we made out." I said, my voice half surprised, half aroused for some reason.
Silk gave a knowing sigh. "Looks like you've caught the attention of the most dangerous Princess of them all. Once a Princess finds a mate, she won't let go."
"Despite what happened last night I feel drawn to her plus she's very beautiful kinda of like you." I stared at the cave's ceiling, as if I could see the stars above.
"What are you even saying" Silk blushed at that " Wait did you drink her Blood," Silk said, her tone somber. "It doesn't just heal wounds. It binds you to her almost like husband and wife. Makes you feel closer maybe even addicted. If you two get married please try to keep her in check." She said with a half jealous face
My grip tightened on the Pork Chop. "No. I don't know if I really want to stay in this Cube world. Or if I should even want to go back home my family is there but I don't know how to even return."
Silk looked at me with soft, sincere eyes. "Alright I'll try to find a way back for you if that's what you really want." Finishing in a somewhat sad tone
The last bite of Pork Chop went down just as the sky outside darkened. The sun dipped, casting an eerie twilight glow over everything.
"It's getting close to night time looks like she might be coming back any minute now" I said cautiously.
"Yes. Remember don't look at Andr. I'll try to help but won't be much of any help really sorry, but I will keep my Spiders under control while you face her," Silk promised.
"Wait, why does the daytime only last 12 to 14 minutes, and night stretches to 20 or 30 from what I guessed from last night?"
"I don't know really," she said simply. "It's always been like that so we just accept it."
The Moon slowly began to rise and with it came determination to win.
"If you do look at Andr by accident, I'll protect you. So will Skelly," Silk said firmly.
"Thanks. We should go meet Skelly before Andr arrives," I said, standing up and brushing crumbs from my shirt.
"You who!?" came a teasing, high pitched voice in the distance.
I froze. "Shit. It's Andr! We gotta go before she gets really angry at me for somehow cheating on her!"
"Where did you go, cute boy are you with another princess I'm gonna ride you till you break you bastard!?" Andr's voice sang out again, closer this time.
"Come on let's go," I whispered urgently. Silk nodded, and we darted through the trees, heading toward the meeting spot.
"SKELLY!" Silk yelled into the darkness.
A figure appeared a elegant anime style woman riding a giant boned Cube Spider like some post apocalyptic cowgirl.
"SILKY!" the woman called back. She jumped off the spider with practiced ease and strolled up to us.
"Hey, Silky! Who's this?" she asked, her silver eyes gleaming in the moonlight.
"This is Theron. He's a Human who looks just like us," Silk introduced.
The woman turned her attention to me. "Hello, my name is Skelly you look like you can use some help" she said warmly.
"Hey, for now I am alright but thanks." I replied, trying to play it cool as I shook her hand.
She was stunning. Creamy, pale skin. Grey eyes with a sharp, seductive gleam. Her long grey ponytail swayed as she moved. The grey vest she wore barely covered her chest it was more like a suggestion of a top than actual clothing. Her body was sculpted, her stomach toned, her shorts scandalously short. She looked like a supermodel who got lost in an armory.
"Holy fuck she's hot" I thought, snapping my eyes up to meet hers before I embarrassed myself.
Skelly circled me slowly, eyeing me like a predator sizing up its prey.
"You must be the boy my Skeletons told me about," she purred, placing a hand gently on my cheek. "My the only boy I've seen around here is the Prince of Zombies. But you?" She leaned in close. "You're cute how about coming home with me"
Her breath was warm against my ear. I shuddered, my willpower hanging by a thread.
"Thanks but right now I got some issues to settle maybe soon," I said hastily, pulling Silk aside.
"Okay, what's wrong with Skelly? Are all the Princesses this horny, are you horny for me?" I whispered.
Silk giggled. "Women can go crazy without love or sex from men. Most of the Princesses they needed comfort, companionship you know. I even heard rumors of Blazette and Terra wanting to get intimate in the Nether but never really trying it."
"That explains a lot I guess, I really must be the only guy here beside that zombie guy" I muttered. "They had to adapt to a world without men"
"Does nobody like Rot? He's a guy."
Silk gave a disgusted snort. "No woman wants a man who smells like decomposing pork chops."
"Fair. Then why aren't you all over me like the other's are you shy or something?"
Silk's tone softened. "Because I am only thirteen. You're eighteen. It's wrong for now."
"Oh. Right. You must not have any experience either." I muttered
"What did you say" she said with a angry look
I turned to Skelly again. "How old are you?"
"Twenty four," she answered casually. "You?"
"Eighteen."
Her smile widened like a cat's. "Ohh! Younger than me. Just the way I like it."
She threw her arms around me. SQUISH.
Her soft breasts pressed against my chest, and her breath tickled my neck. I nearly popped a boner from the sensory overload.
"You're hugging me really tight you know" I said weakly.
Skelly pulled back just enough to grin at me. "You smell like you got a lot of life force and stamina I like that."
Before I could respond, a distant voice echoed once again.
"Theron where are you don't worry my dad won't call me back for a while we can go all night?" Andr's eerie, melodic voice.
Skelly frowned slightly. "Is that Andr what's that bitch doing here?"
"Yeah she wants to have my children and maybe break my pelvis nothing new"
"Then stick close to me, cutie. She won't touch you if she knows you're with me, plus only I can break your pelvis and suck you dry." Skelly said with a wink, raising her bow.
Silk stepped beside me. "Between me and Skelly we'll keep you safe."
I swallowed hard and nodded not really wanting to say no to Andr but I must focus right now.
Somehow, I knew tonight would be far from quiet.
