Chapter 11 - Rescue (2)

As the kidnappers opened the van door to grab some supplies, Axel's eyes scanned the area, taking in every detail. He noticed the deserted warehouse in front of them, the lack of security cameras, and the isolated location. It was the perfect place for the kidnappers to lay low, but it also meant that Axel would have to be careful not to alert anyone to their presence.

The girl, whose name was Sophia, looked at Axel with a mixture of fear and curiosity. Axel gave her a reassuring smile, trying to calm her down. Sophia's eyes lingered on his face, and Axel could sense her trust growing.

Victor, the leader of the kidnappers, climbed out of the van and lit a cigarette, blowing out a stream of smoke as he surveyed the area. "We'll stay here for a while," he said to his accomplices. "Make sure no one follows us."

Axel watched Victor, his mind racing with possibilities. He knew he had to act fast, before Victor and his accomplices decided to move Sophia or harm her in any way.

As the kidnappers busied themselves with securing the area, Axel began to formulate a plan. He would wait until they were least expecting it, and then he would strike. He would take down the kidnappers one by one, using his skills to disarm them and overpower them.

Sophia's eyes met Axel's again, and he could sense her anxiety growing. He gave her a subtle nod, trying to reassure her that everything would be okay.

The hours ticked by, the kidnappers taking turns to guard the van and keep an eye on Axel and Sophia. Axel played the part of the scared but feisty teenager, trying to gather as much information as possible about the kidnappers and their plans.

As the sun began to set, Victor called out to his accomplices. "Alright, let's get moving," he said. "We need to get the girl to the drop-off point."

Axel's senses went on high alert. This was it – the moment he had been waiting for. He would take down the kidnappers and rescue Sophia, all in one swift motion.

But as Victor and his accomplices began to move towards the van, Axel realized that he needed to act fast. He couldn't let them take Sophia anywhere else. With a surge of adrenaline, Axel prepared to make his move.

He carefully observed the kidnappers' movements, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Victor was distracted by his phone, and his accomplices were busy loading some equipment into the van.

Axel's eyes met Sophia's, and he gave her a subtle nod. It was time to put his plan into action. With a burst of speed, Axel would take down the kidnappers and rescue Sophia.

The tension was building, and Axel could feel the adrenaline coursing through his veins. He was ready to take on the kidnappers and get Sophia to safety.

As Victor turned towards the van, Axel saw his chance. With a swift movement, he would take down Victor and then the other kidnappers, one by one. The element of surprise was on his side, and Axel was confident that he could handle the situation.

But just as Axel was about to make his move, Sophia's eyes widened in fear. "No, don't!" she whispered, her voice barely audible.

Axel hesitated, unsure of what Sophia was trying to communicate. Had she seen something he hadn't? Was there a hidden danger lurking nearby?

The moment of hesitation gave Victor the opportunity to notice Axel's gaze. "What are you looking at, kid?" Victor sneered, his eyes narrowing.

Axel quickly recovered, trying to maintain his cover. "Just...just wondering what's going on," he stammered.

Victor snorted. "You'll find out soon enough."

The tension between Axel and Victor was palpable, and Axel knew he had to be careful not to arouse any more suspicion. He would have to wait for the perfect moment to strike, when the kidnappers were least expecting it.

As the kidnappers continued to prepare for their next move, Axel's mind was racing with possibilities. He would take them down, one by one, and rescue Sophia. But he would have to be patient and wait for the right moment to strike.
