After 1 year
The hum of the sunlight bathed the walls of the palace but there was someone, somewhere, full of urgency.
Aria urge to went on Ana and Mary's room with quite urgency, an unreadable expression.
When the door of the room slammed behind Ana and Mary, they both look to see who was there and there she was-Aria, leaning forward towards them.
" Ana and Mary! I want you two to go in Minoka academy for your bright future" Aria said, voice calm but full of storm.
"But why?" Ana blinked." we are alright here".
"There are too many opportunities for students" Aria snapped "and you can able to learn everything which you wished for".
" But what about you? Mother said to be here with you, to protect you, to help you"Mary said.
" I don't need any protection, specially not from you two. And Nolan is here for my help" she slammed on the table beside her. But then " i will be fine here. Why don't you two understand. It's your life so enjoy it and do whatever you want" this time calm and composed. "And i will do whatever will be better for you two, so now do you get that?"
" Ok Anny. If you wamt so, then we will not bother you" Mary said, voice crack.
"Alright. You two will go tomorrow morning. I already did admission process so you don't have to worry" Aria snapped before heading back from the room.
Ana and Mary was there, startled-looking at each other-confused. Away from the danger which was coming.
Later that night,
Aria was there, flipping books on the royal library when Nolan approached.
"What happened? You aer looked…tired" Nolan said.
" Because i am" she said, still pretending to read the book.
" You are reading about…' how to get closed to men'" he said looking at the book.
"What?" She blinked, now looking at him.
"Your book cover" he pointed and it was. She felt embarrassment on that time.
" Now, could you tell me what happened?" he asked, taking the book from her hand.
" First time…first time i talked with them with that tone" She looked at her hands. "I didn't wanted to but i had to because they never agreed for this if i didn't.
" So you are worried about them?" He said giving an understanding node and turned towards the books on the shelf she loved to read. " You are overthinking now. it's not like you are with them just from some months or weeks but 6 years, Aria. And those time is enough to fully understand a person" He said picking the book.
"So don't worry about it, they already understood you that's why they agreed and thet know their Anny never do things which harm others so they know it's for them." He said giving the book on her hands now.
"Amd you? Do you believe in me?" She asked, eyes really looking him.
"More than i do to myself"
"Thanks your your support Nolan.i don't know how i did all this without you." She said, a faint smile on her lips which really reached to her eyes.
And for a moment, everything felt silent, just him looking at her like she was something more than a princess or heiress- a human.
" I am always here no matter what. And you are always be my leader and princess" he said, quite this time.
" This man, the one who always used to cry leaning on my shoulder and became feared of every little challenges-now standing there beside me and don't know how but comforting me" she thought on her mind.
They both didn't talk then, just watching at the stars outside from the large window of library.
Next morning .
Everyone was outside the palace on the large garden of the palace. Ana and Mary was going today and Aria didn't wanted but she didn't said.
" First time you two are going outside from the kingdom. Take care of each other and inform me through letters if anything happened or you just need me, i am always here to help" Aria said, hugging them both.
"You were crying last night, weren't you?" Ana said. I saw you alone on the garden, your tears were falling and-"
"I thinking about you two" Aria finished releasing them both from the hug, looking at the eyes of them.
"You two are more precious for me more than any fallen tears of mine. You two are more than to me than nieces. You two are my world."
" Then don't let your world to crumble" Mary said. " Don't let us go."
" I already decided-you two are going" Aria snapped. "And this is final."
Ana amd Mary looked at her then stepped in the royal carriage. And Aria was standing there-looking at the horizon from where they vanished.
