From a distance, Mr. Blue, his head unnaturally swollen and pulsating with the potent effects of the Hulk serum, greedily absorbed every detail of the unfolding scene. The Abomination's kick had sent him flying, and a drop of the serum had landed directly on his head, triggering a drastic transformation of his brain. Yet the higher his intelligence soared, the more reluctant he was to leave. Mr. Blue simply couldn't tear himself away from these strange creatures.
With his newly augmented intellect, he processed all the information related to Enzer and the alien he had seen, running billions of calculations. There was no doubt that he possessed a memory and computing power far exceeding that of advanced artificial intelligence. Mr. Blue recognized the alien's supreme beauty as a weapon; every curve of its body seemed designed for optimal combat. He also began to discern differences between the various alien types. His vague deductions only increased his unwillingness to leave.
Then, with his enhanced eyesight, he witnessed the Abomination's chest violently rupture. His entire body trembled, not just with fear, but with exhilarating excitement.
"Such monsters exist in this world! Now I understand why that man held the egg and why the spider-like creature that crawled out of it died mere seconds after landing on Blonsky's face." Everything was for parasitism. Everything was to steal Blonsky's power!
If that were all, Mr. Blue would have merely been surprised, but he wouldn't have risked his life to stay.
Yet he watched with his own eyes as the Abomination's skull, capable of withstanding missiles, was effortlessly pierced by the new alien's inner-jaw-like tongue. Combining all his previous deductions, Mr. Blue formed a hypothesis."These things can parasitize different hosts and absorb their power. What about their genes? But genetic fragments in an organism are incredibly complex. How does this creature so quickly screen for useful genes? What are its criteria for 'useful' versus 'useless'?"
Is it just extracting genes beneficial for combat? Or was it doing something even more incredible? Was it siphoning all the excellent genes at once, discarding the inferior ones, and then bursting forth with a potential far exceeding the host? Mr. Blue wasn't sure. The hypothesis was too audacious.
If true, then this unknown creature was undoubtedly a perfect creation. He simply couldn't fathom how that man of unknown origin had acquired these creatures or how he could control them. A mind link like Professor X's? Or were these creatures like birds, exhibiting imprinting behavior and regarding the first person they see as their mother? Mr. Blue's heart hammered. As a scientific researcher, he certainly harbored his own ambitions, but one thing was purely instinctive: the pursuit of ultimate beauty within his field of expertise. In his eyes, the Abomination and the Hulk were mere discarded prototypes compared to the Xenomorph—utterly insignificant. The more powerful, exceptional, and promising the life form, the more potent and perfect the alien would be after parasitizing it. How could anything else compare? In reality, most beings could not fully realize their potential due to limited time and energy. It was impossible to learn and master every skill. But the alien was different. It was born by extracting the host's best genes, ensuring maximum potential. After a period of development, it evolved into a mature form that surpassed its host."It was terrifying, suffocating, and utterly beautiful!"
Mine! This is mine! This perfect creature belongs to me, the greatest biologist in the world: Samuel Sterns!" Mr. Blue's swelling head finally stabilized. His intelligence had expanded approximately five hundredfold in a very short period.
But intelligence was one thing. Facing this unprecedented monster, his hysterical greed and desire nearly drove him insane." That dark-haired man was able to withstand Blonsky's attack, and his body was abnormal. Could there be a connection between him and these life forms? Is that how he controls these beautiful creatures?"
Despite Mr. Blue's prodigious intellect, the lack of information and the unknown nature of this field caused his brain to malfunction momentarily. This logical dead end almost suffocated him.
Suddenly, Mr. Blue saw Enzer turn his head and look in his direction.
Their gazes met.He saw me! The thought flashed through Mr. Blue's mind.
"It seems the big-headed kid made it through. I wonder if he's smarter than the other Samuel Sterns." Enzer spared a glance, communicating mentally with the newly birthed alien while observing the changes in Mr. Blue. In the comic books, Mr. Blue (Samuel Sterns) was known as one of the eight smartest people on Earth. He was accidentally exposed to gamma rays, which gave him powerful intelligence. But the Mr. Blue in front of Enzer had his intelligence boosted by Hulk serum dripped directly onto his brain.
Enzer was now certain of one thing: the universe he inhabited was not an exact replica of the movies. Given Marvel's infinite diversity and complexity, categorizing the entire universe without sufficient exploration could lead to critical mistakes. The most prudent approach was to remain cautious. Besides, even if it were the movie version, it wouldn't be safe. Multiverse-level gods were high and mighty, constantly stirring up trouble across all multiverses, some lending power and some laying traps. Who knew what entity with multiverse-level power might suddenly appear? Not to mention, the vast cosmic conceptual entities beyond the multiverse were even more dangerous.
By the time it evolved to the seventh multiverse, various true powerhouses would take turns acting, and the entire Marvel power scale would elevate to an omnipotent concept.
He casually dispatched a Messenger alien to secretly keep an eye on Mr. Blue. Enzer then raised his head and looked into the distance. News of the events here had already spread, and he fully expected someone to arrive soon. However, he didn't expect the first arrival to be a Superman. The figure wore a blue and gold bodysuit and was suspended in the air without any visible means of support.
His face was stern, and a golden light flashed in his eyes, faintly revealing incredibly powerful energy that was clearly ready to be unleashed at any moment. Aside from the lack of a cape and red shorts, it was safe to say that this guy looked exactly like the "Superman next door" in every aspect. At first glance, Enzer appeared calm, but he felt an intense strangeness in his heart. He hadn't anticipated that this person would be the first to arrive. It was Ikaris, one of eleven Eternals who had lived on Earth for thousands of years while subtly fulfilling their purpose of fostering life for the eventual birth of the Celestials. This would indirectly lead to the destruction of Earth and the extinction of humanity!
